What city did you took the bag for service? I got one that has the same problem from a second hand place and the receipt is not in my name.. did they question because that bag was not in your name? Kind Regards 🥰

Singapore:) it is because its microchipped so they didnt need a receipt!

Hi! So if your bag is microchipped they would not ask for the receipt. But if its not microchipped then you need the receipt i think…
