    A tip from my dermatologist...use vitamin E oil on the back of your hands after products and before sunscreen. It has helped in this time of frequent hand sanitizing

    i use the glycolic acid from the ordinary all over my body and hands. i just rub it on like a lotion and then put a lotion/body cream on top of it. i use it on my face on occasion but mainly use lactic acid for my face. the glycolic acid comes in a bigger bottle, so it lasts longer to use for my body versus the lactic acid.

    I began using Eucerin Advanced cream (urea for exfoliating like she says about adding acid) on my feet every night before bed (Dr Dray tip). Results were LIFE CHANGING! Feet felt better and moisturized immediately, but after a month my feet always look like I just had a pedicure ( but I don’t spend money on them😁). The crazy thing was my always dry and cracked, painful hands/cuticles were the same! This is the first winter I have been in pain or self conscious about my hands. Now I use the cream (tub) or the lotion(pump) for the best (and most affordable!) hands and feet ever‼️ I’ve been using Timeless+Pyc for a while now, and just love the combo…moisturizing and goes on great❣️Thanks for the hair tip…going to try that today!❤️

    I wake up in the morning with still well moisturised skin and no lines because I force myself not to touch the pillow with my face whilst sleeping 😆 I think it’s got into my subconscious now that “ face does not touch the pillow” . ☺️ Even do my best to avoid resting my head / face on my husbands chest when cuddling in bed … he’s not at all happy about that 😝 but all the good skincare would transfer to his pyjama top ! I am getting more crazy the older I get 😂

    • @SincerelyMissAsh
      @SincerelyMissAsh  2 года назад

      Catalina you make me laugh.. I always enjoy your humorous comments🤗 We definitely don't want skincare transferring onto our mans pj's 😜 I am very impressed that you can sleep without touching your face on the pillow. Please teach me your ways 🤗

      @catalinarandle6420 2 года назад

      ☺️ if I can’t get any more weird … I try to fall asleep laying on my back although I always used to fall asleep on my side . And since the side seems to be the most sleep “inducing” for me ☺️ I slide my hand under my head and rest the head on my palm but without my face touching the hand nor the pillow . Face is somehow elevated and palm is only holding the hair part of the head and maybe half of the ear. Over night even if I try to get comfortable twisting and turning , my conscious somehow kicks in and I get my head weirdly twisted but still no face touching the pillow. Trust me ! Neck stretches come in hand in the morning 😂 I have only trained myself to sleep like this in the past couple of years though 😉

    Squalane has a similar effect on hair as hyaluronic acid. I've been applying it to wet hair for the last few weeks and I've been astonished at the results. My hair looks so much healthier...

    • @gategirl66
      @gategirl66 2 года назад +1

      Thanks for sharing that! Squalane is a little much for my skin most of the year since I live in a hot, extremely humid place. I'm going to use the remainder on my hair!

    • @findingthatperfectspot4692
      @findingthatperfectspot4692 2 года назад +2

      @@gategirl66 You're welcome! I'm in a somewhat similar situation myself. I can't use squalane during the day as it makes my face too shiny, and I tend not to use it at night because I have other hydrators that I prefer, so I was stuck with a bottle of squalane that was still two-thirds full. I thought I might as well try using it on my hair, and so far it's been quite the success -- so much so that I'll probably buy another bottle when I run out of my current one. I didn't see that one coming a few months ago... Anyhow, I hope your hair benefits from it, too!
