Thanks for answering my toenail question ! The longest I've ever run is a marathon, so I have yet to experience losing all toenails, but I'll consider it when I move to ultras.
Congrats on behalf of all Canadians, we're so proud of Ihor's result, and beyond that he seems like such a genuinely awesome dude. I have no doubt that the sponsorships will come, and when they do, hopefully Ihor can help Gary spring for a pro Zoom account so that these videos don't end so abruptly next year! 😁
Im a Tennessee native and live about 45 min from frozen head and I’ve always heard of the Barkley, I hoping one day to be able to come watch all you #LEGENDS put in work!
Thanks for the interview! Thanks for sharing the details of this historic run! Respect to these two amazing, humble personalities! Best of luck to both of you in your new endeavors!
Such a fantastic interview and an amazing, truly humble guy. Well done to Ihor, the Barkley finish was well deserved, and I look forward to following his running journey going forward 🙂
Thanks for doing this. I knew nothing about Ihor and if you had a pro account I would have listened for 2 hours. Can’t wait for your chat with John - I’ve been an avid follower of his (and yours) for many years 👏🙏
❤❤thanks lads for an interesting interview. All the more insightful since both of you have actually experienced the full spectrum of curve balls thrown at you during Barclays challenge.
Fantastic interview. Ihor so humble, such a strong finish. Cant wait to see what he does next! It is so lovely to see Gary remain connected with Barkley, totaly respect your decison to not try it again (it must be frustrating to have to field that Q all the time!) . Your insights from Barkley as a runner and as crew make it a great interview.
"Zero toenails?" I've been running 60-100 orienteering races every year for decades now, and I always have two or three blue/black nails that are in the process of bein replaced, but running after loosing them completely? That's just bonkers!
Great interveiw. thanks for remaining iintertwined with the barkley scene gary. stoked for the john kelly interveiw
I’m so down this rabbit hole. I have such appreciation and awe for all you both do. Pushing the human limit is awe inspiring.
2 legends.

Great interview. Ihor sounds like the most amazing guy. So humble.

What are the odds of you two both living in Chilliwack? Nice to watch a couple of Canadian legends in conversation - thanks for this!
Congrats Ihor on an incredible run!

No toenails, no sleep, no nav errors = not human! 😅 Incredible accomplishment and great interview. And nice throwback to Marshall U…another legend!
Outstanding interview Gary! Ihor is an amazing athlete with a fascinating story.
2 great fellas who are amazing representatives of the sport , great conversation , no egos
Outstanding interview on SO many levels. Endurance, humility, suffering and friendship. Thanks Gary 🌲🌲
Fantastic interview! Gary is a great interviewer. Aside from Ihor’s incredible feat of winning Barkley, he is so humble and interesting to listen to.
Thanks for the interview! Thanks for sharing the details of this historic run!

Great job Ihor. Best of luck with your future races.

Two huge inspirations! Thank you both for sharing your thoughts and experience Gary and Ihor!😊
Great interview, was a real pleasure seeing you both!
Nice interview Gary and Ihor. Loved the bit about the toenails. I can see how not having them to start would be advantageous. 😂
Great interview! Would love to see you do more of these!
Great interview, wonderful couple of guys.
Two legends. Awesome interview.
Thank you Gary , great repsect Ihor !
Thank you, wonderful chat👏
Great interview, wish gary had his own podcast

Bravo! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🏅
thanks for this!
Awesome interview. Thanks!
That conversation about toenails is hilarious
Can't be a carpenter if you got no nails!😅 Congratulations on a well executed finish!
No sleep at all. The new meta. 😊
Surreal that he's your neighbor, Gary. What are the odds?
"Zero toenails?"

Will he ever finish his ghost? Barkley ghost of Robbins. Would be a cool way to nd his documentary
World class orienteers will read the map/check their compass direction every 5-10 seconds!
Gary, would you consider going back to the Barkley?
I'm done with Frozen Head and will cover that a bit more in a future video. Very thankful for all that the Barkley has provided me.
@@GaryRobbins Lol.. You and Barkley have unfinished business. You will be back.
Wait! No sponsorship at all? Unbelievable!
Ihor could beat anybody at UTMB in my humble opinion. But i don't think he will run that one
I would like to see him line up one day. It would be a great rest of his fitness and skillset
@GaryRobbins doubt he would, based on his integrity of character. But I think he would be in the lead pack no problem!
So good. Living vicariously for sure!!!
