I’ve machined quite a few long jobs like this but in forged stainless steel. It was a case of do a bit of roughing work, send it off for stress relief and straightening, do a bit more roughing send it off again, and again. Eventually all that was left after all this was about 1 mm on all dimensions. It still needed straightened at the end. Horrible job.

Dobry den mate pekna videa a delate peknou praci.Neuvazovali jste pouzivat na srovnani celni frezu na kterou lze osadit 16 brite platky?Maji ap3mm a tedy jsou velmi ekonomicky vhodne.Navic do stejne frezy lze osadit i vbd 8 brite kde je ap6mm uhel take 45 st vhodny i na srazeni a take lze stejny typ frezy osadit i kruhovou radiusovou vbd,ktera ma ap az 6mm nebo se da pouzivat i jako rychloposuv.Nastroj ma tedy velkou pridanou hodnotu.
