Hey sis those doctors told you nothing but the truth. As a woman who was also double d once I lost weight by eating completely clean and working out my boobs shrunk so much. So if you really want to lose you have to go hard for a while. Completely clean eating and working out at least 4 to 5x a week. The clean eating is way more important than the gym but it's very important to do both! U got this girly❤

The motivation has to come from YOU. Work on your mindset. If you can show up for a monthly massage appointment no matter what you can show up for yourself by sticking to your workout routine no matter what. No excuses. The time is going to go by wether you are sticking to your routine or not. Imagine the results if you stick to it. Movement is a gift. There are people who would give anything to be able to MOVE. I look at my workouts like brushing my teeth. It must get done. You got this. It’s all in your mindset.

The monthly massages are great as are the Acupuncture especially for the hands cramping up. I try to do the acupuncture every month to prevent my hands from cramping working from home on the PC! Love your channel and your vibrant personality and your motivation of others💜

The strawberry açaí refresher with peach juice is chef’s kiss. Years ago a barista made mine like that when they first came out and it was delicious. It was my go to until the stopped carrying the peach juice
My perspective & 2 lil cents. I had a breast reduction prebaby back in 2009. I was a similar build. My surgeon advised that I lose 10lbs; I did. But I never lost it in my midsection. Reason being & multiple people I know that got their breasts reduced can vouch that natural bodies form to its own support. MEANING: your stomach is supporting some of your breast weight.. preventing back damage like scoliosis. However, as soon as you get your reduction, that midsection gonna melt away like butter.
Post reduction & 4 kids later (3 breastfed successfully), my boobs are still “small” just a lil worn out lol *courtesy of birthing & nursing little humans*..

As someone who's been there that body type is tough... weight loss may help but u'll have to lose a substantial amount in order to see a decrease in that area, especially if ur a larger size. If u opt for a reduction get more than 1 consult & get a professional sizing because ALOT of us are very wrong about what our true size is. There are such sizes as F, G & H that look like a DD's & those bras cost a good coin!! No matter what be safe & research. Blessings to U:)

Try water fasting for weight loss works wonders
I would suggest loosing weight first to be at your goal weight and then get a reduction. My teacher said that she had wished that she had gotten her reduction after her kids because your breasts grew back (but your breasts will grow back at least two sizes anyways without children so they request you go smaller). im heavy up top as well, so I understand wanting a reduction lol.

I know a girl who did a breast reduction and her breast grew back and had to go and do again so research enough before u do it
If you do get the breast reduction and don't start a workout program and eat healthier, will it not get bigger again 🤔. Try the weight-loss and weights lifting first see how that works. Good luck
