What's so nice about these resto=modes is that you get today's tech in a body that is so much better than today's bunkers on wheels. Back then they had windows you could actually see out of, with pillars that didn't look like Doric columns.

Wow Kyle, you did an amazing job on this Monte Carlo! I had an ‘85 in silver with maroon interior. The only thing I added to it was a center brake light from an ‘86. I was once rear ended in an ‘82 Monte Carlo so I was very determined not to repeat that experience. Once again, nice job!

Wow bro, you did incredible work to this. Love the build. I had a 87 SS in high school in the early 2000s that had a small engine fire and I ended up selling it. Have always wanted another one...and my dreams came true! I just got a 85 SS T-top with only 68k original miles on it. Now the slight upgrades and mods journey starts. I will be using your videos as a roadmap.

Great build bro! Not over blown, not too many excessive parts and add ins …and I like the way it sounds. Almost would take that route with my 86 SS, but I may go ls powered and maybe a bigger wheel (2nd set). The wheels you have are the wheels I looked at for when I want to take the others off.

Hi. U Doing Ok!? Like the Video. Nice Monte Carlo. Too Quiet for Me!! I Like Hear V8 Cars I'm Driving!! What Makes NO SENSE is Chevy Was in Nascar in 80s With the Monte Carlos, Pointiac Gran Prix, Oldsmobile cutlass, Buick Regal and the IROC Camaros ALL Manual Trans for Racing!! The Only Cars Offered in Manual for Sale at Dealership was IROC(International Race Of Champions) Camaro 305 Tbi or Tpi with 5 Speed and 350 Only had Automatic, Same for Trans Am and Firebird!! The Other Makes and Model G Bodies just Offered AUTOMATIC transmission, WTF!?? Why Manual at Race Track but NOT for PUBLIC!!!! Makes NO SENSE!!! The CHEVY MANUFACTURERS MESSED UP BIG!! Now Many Aftermarket Companies Earning Their Business!!!! Hahaha. I Owned bout 4 G Bodies, V6 and v8 Cutlass and 83 and 85 Monte Carlo SS!! It's Too Bad They Were NOT MANUAL From Factory!! It's just Like Nascar Now Has Toyota in Nascar Serie With V8 but NO TOYOTA V8 Vehicle For Sale at Dealership!! Think Lexus Offers V8 in New Car!! Lexus NOT in Nascar!! Toyota Has V8 Truck as the Tundra that Run in Nascar Truck Series!!! Makes NO SENSE With Rule Changes!!! Like NASCAR of OLD where could See Different Body Styles!! Dammm , All Cars Same Now Except Decals on Front and Rear Make Look as Make n Model!!!! Just BS!!!!!!! Oo Well. Least in Drag Racing Still Can See Difference in Bodies ,Even the NEW ONES Unlike Nascar!!! Oo Well. Take Care Amigo 💪😎
