People in europe are being conned with this bike, lf you want to use the throttle, think again. This bike in europe/uk has class 2 and 3 disabled by default and i can't ssee any way to enable them. So, what you have is class 1 [ped assist only] and class 4 [ped assist+throttle]. However, class 4 is unuseable because it's too fast and powerful and dangerous. Why are 2 and 3 disabled when 4 isn't. lt's absurd.

Is there a key to make sure no one can just take your bike?
You would need a bike lock. It does come with a key, but it is strictly for removing the battery only.
How long did it take to arrive?
Took roughly 10 days after ordering to arrive.
Does it really go 28 mph
24-26 mph. Maybe someone lighter could get it to 28mph

You think adding a battery will make it go faster? A battery adds range... Add a battery to your car and tell me how much faster it goes.
A 60v or 72v battery + upgraded controller will absolutely make the bike go faster…
