I absolutely love the 13-14 Mustang styling! But with the 13-14 GT being so close in price to the 15-17 GT, and me having the benefit of not being allergic to the 3.7 V6 like some people are, I would rather spent $13k on a 13-14 3.7 V6 as a training car to get used to driving a higher horsepower rear wheel drive manual car after only having ever driven sub-150 horsepower front wheel drive automatic cars before. Then in addition to that, getting an S550 Coyote later on in life once I'm more confident with driving a car like that. Other than the 13-14s just being the specific car you want, i.e. that car is special to you and you have personal reasons for wanting to buy a 13-14 coyote specifically, it just doesn't make much sense to get a first gen 5.0 when second gens are so close in price to it, and the V6s are so much cheaper imo. But ofc if that is really the only car for you, then it's what you've gotta have and that's fine. If the 10k sticker cost and 3k per year extra are worth the higher horsepower and better exhaust note to you, then that's what you gotta do for the car you love!

Here they only sell second hand junk and new parts you are really cheated with price it is worth gold here. I would like help tips advice from real mustang fans. I am also planning to have my car tuned or tuned during my holiday in Turkey in Istanbul I saw a few superchargers on the internet but I don't know much about tuning. Which supercharger do you recommend my car has 180 miles on it. Thanks in advance to those who patiently read my message here and made time for me

S197 IMHO is the best looking Modern Mustang. 2015 to present day are ugly AF. Look like Jaguars with mustang lights. Yuck.

if you can find one for a good price. not the v6, the GT and lower KMS... DO IT!!!!! ive had a 2014 since 2015 and i love it, its a convertible and never really wanted one lmfao but i love it. i paid about 32k for a year old and it had 22k kms. its not the fastest car in the world but its good enough for me. ive had it almost 10 years now and compaired to other vehicles ive had its cost me bare minimum in repairs and maintainance. last winter i had a waterpump go and it was around a grand to fix and that was the first actual repair i had to do.i had a ram that needed a new engine because of a factory problem and i had a lancer with a bunch of issues lol. now ive had small issues with the pump for the convertible. its in the trunk in the front of the cover, easy enough to get to. mine leaked the fluid or something, it was empty enough i couldnt put my roof up or down until i refilled it. never found fluid that leaked out but it was a pretty easy fix and took ATF fluid. it was 2 years in a row i had to top it up and its been good since. no leaks in the convertible either and its factory.

Thanks for telling people not to dump a ton of money into their 4.0. Take it from a 4.6 3v owner that has put a ton of money into their car. For performance the 4.6 is gonna be your best bet. Even then it only makes sense to mod up until a certain point. I would never build a 1,000hp 4.6. An abundance of misinformation exists on RUclips so thank you for not adding to that.

ngl i do the EGR valve cam sound thing; many people do actually love the sound including big car guys. It's easy to revert, and doesn't really do any damage to the car. Sure it doesn't make the car any faster, but I have gotten people asking about it! It's more of a "fun thing" to fiddle with, nothing too serious yk?

These are great buys.. Especially if you can get a 1 owner, garage kept one with low miles.. If I was going to build a straight line drag car, I would definitely go for an S197 for sure.. But if you want something a little smoother with better handling for a weekend car, go for an S550.. They are down in pricing to now.. The gen 2's are the ones you really want but you can find Gen 3 s550's right now for 25K with decent miles.. But seriously look for the 1 owner GT, Don't buy the one that has had 3/4 different owners.. Thats 3 to 4 different people beating the shyt out of it before you even get your hands on it.. Food for thought...

The my color feature isnt a premium feature, but your car isnt a premium trim either. If it was you'd have foot well lights and led lit cupholders with a button to the right of them to change the color.

I’d prefer an IRS if I had a choice. I know they’re not cheap but I think that the best live axle setup incorporates a watts link.

I love my 14' v6 premium its my new Daily. Tested in heavy snow this week with winters handled it NO problem (i have winter tires/rims)! This was always a worry for me. Making more $$$ hopefully next year id love to upgrade to a 5.0L. I had a s550 GT and prefer the S197 BY FAR. Build quality seems higher in the S197 imo. I LOVE the solid rear end. Independent no thanks.

Hell yeah for the right price.... They are the cars that got me looking at Mustangs again and why i'm in a Gen 2 S550.. They have become so affordable to now that S650's are out.. I agree they look the most retro.. They are still very nice cars and if you can find one that only has one owner even better...

That water clog can cause the water to get on the Smart Junction Box -[SJB] (aka BCM) and cause it to fail !!! .. REALLY BAD, but fixable. It's right behind the passenger side kick panel. Get the PN number from it and find a junk yard one or on ebay and replace it, then do the 8 turn of the key trick and leave it on at the 8th turn and press lock on the key fob to reprogram it. (Hopefully you bought a good SJB.)

For the alarm going off randomly, it could possibly be your door jamb switches if youre getting a "driver ajar" while driving or sitting stationary. This switch going bad can cause your car to act like its open and trigger the driver door ajar while its locked and alarm is engaged causing it to go off as the computer thinks someone is opening the door. It got so annoying I just started locking it with the key and not setting the alarm because it kept going off until i replaced that part on the driver side. Your issue sounded exactly like my alarm problem, from what I researched water gets in and messes up the switch which I see its raining in your video. I'd be curious to see what the issue was.

Oil pressure sensor is pretty easy to get to and easy to replace. I just swapped the o e from my crown Vic in last week. Of course your gauge could be the issue, mine would start working on e the sensor got hot. So replacing the sensor fixed it.

It's all 'scammy' dealers are just legitimized rip-offs. There's really no additional validation or protection or guarantee of any sort unless it's brand new.

Whipple charger, borg exhaust with a control to open or close to deepen or soften the load was and throat sound, bunch of bolt ons. Sitting on some apex arc 8 19s custom ghost grey. Selectable tunes 1-4, 650 to 925hp. I was running the 775hp with 680 to the wheels and it’s a totally diff power to my 1000hp m2 comp. Made me start the buying process

I did! Love it, mostly. My complaints all center on it being too new for my liking, but that's true of everything from the mid 90s to 2000 or so forward. That modern crap really gets on my nerves. I miss my Fox's simplicity, but the S197 handles so much better, is so much quicker, is so much quieter, and is so much safer... It's a better choice as a daily driver. I bought a stated value classic car insurance policy on the Fox body that requires me to have another daily driver, which is the only reason I stopped DDing the Fox. It still runs perfectly (on the original non-rebuilt 302) and is reliable. It's much slower than the S197, but not a "dog" by any means.
