This is an amazing song and I love it. Like all of your songs it is full of feeling and intelligence, but it also has a pop-like under-essence so that listeners who don’t necessarily want to take a deep dive into the ocean of life can disappear into their headphones sitting on the pier watching the surface shimmer. Fantastic production-it’s got just the right mix of everything including what isn’t there. Your songs are like actual gifts and this one came exquisitely wrapped. Your voice, both literal and inner, approaches perfection in this mix, and maybe even achieves it. Bravo and thank you!
