@@Shubham.Katyal No, that’s how it works. That’s why kettlebells and dumbbells are better for combat sports, since not everything is uniform in those exercises (and in combat sports) unlike the core lifts on a barbell.
You dont need two chest pushing exercises, deadlift, pullups, Dips/pushups and Thruster/Goblet squat will actually target all the large muscle groups. With those exercises you mentioned you will not train your shoulders and back fully.

A dumbbell variation is better, that way your arms aren’t restricted by one weight and allows you to keep your elbows lower and your hands higher and when you pull you get good work on the rear delts.
3:46 this exercise would be better with Resistance bands or Cables, because in the Press the gravitation goes down to the ground not against you, so it won't really develop the pushing strength, otherwise great video:)
I’m pretty sure the point is to strengthen the front delts as well. Pushing with resistance bands or cables are easy. Pushing straight forward when gravity wants to go down, is not.
I think the reason as to why hes doing it that way, is because the exercise suppost to mimic the act of throwing a human onto a locker, where the gravity will be acting the same way it does while pushing a plate the way he did.
