I haven't heard anyone talk about We Happy Few in atleast 4 years and was stuck in my head to this day, still a magnificent game.

I’ve been replaying this game and it truly is an interesting story. Post WW2 where people take Joy to forget the things that happened and when everything comes to light, it’s just a surprise. The game doesn’t get enough love, because it truly is fantastic! Yeah, there’s a few bugs here and there, but it doesn’t take away from anything the game brings to the table.
You should do a play through of the DLCs. They go completely insane. Even more that the base game.

I tried playing a few months ago and got a bug where I literally couldn’t progress past the tutorial area bridge because the door wouldn’t open lmao. I just couldn’t be bothered
The game tanks fps and all round sucks. WYM deserves recognition. As you can see in the comments, only recognition is its flawwed man years later.

I'm considering picking this one up for my husband's birthday, it looks really fun and interesting, I'm wondering though if the game play itself is good or ifs it's mainly focused around the story and interactions? There's mixed reviews online, but the commenters on this video seem to really love it!
if your husband love to read or the story he will love it. This game es based in "1984" novel and "a happy world", great books. That's why i fk love this game, is too much references. And is a open world (kinda) where you search info, collectives, side quest,etc :)

I love this game so much. I’m playing through a “no kill” run right with Arthur. I’ve heard “no kill” is impossible with Ollie and Sally.
We happy few is one of my favourite games , I watched like first time when it was in Alpha , I liked so much then the oficial game released and bro it was such a Good vibe watching everyday we happy few live , and after 3 years like in 2022 I could finally play the game but at like 25 fps , lowest graphics, I played the entire game all 3 acts, now I have a GT 1030 ,the game runs at 50 fps on Medium Setting , now I wait to get again motivation to re-play the game

We Happy Few is such a great game, I remember it back in 2016 and how I loved the theme and idea of it and I mean it turned out great I just wish there was more and maybe delayed it a bit more? Wanted Sandbox tbh, also the skills make this game easy mode imo.
The game has an amazing concept, fun gameplay, and an overall better story than I imagined it would. It did however need a bit more polish and balancing but I can forgive it.

This and the other video is the reason why i finally decided to finish this game, it's oddly charming in a way!
Should have a whole series where you play bad VR games, in a quest 2, exclusively using airlink mode.

WHF is definitely one of my favorite games. the DLCs are at the top of my list and i prefer the world in those to the one in the main game. i would do a LOT to see Kevduit play the DLCs.
