Holy Grail lists are portholes into our fragrance soul. What we like, why we like it, the story behind the scent. I get it but don't think I could make a list honestly. I had goals like buying entire Orto Parisi house, same with Nasomatto house. (Goal achieved except for Narcotic V). The search for that perfect oud fragrance. Goals are a few of my goals.
That's so weird. I was going to say something similar in my intro - about the personal nature of this particular video - but it got too complicated so I kept it short. But yeah, it can be very revealing when we discuss topics like Holy Grails
Calming, soothing voice before bed here in London. Great list i love Boss Bottled intense. Only 40ml left they need to bring it back!have a great Sunday!
I love how fragrances can evoke memories. Whether it be memories of why and when you bought it to a memory you made while wearing it, or memories brought about by association with particular notes in a fragrance.
If I ever get my hands on it, I'll do it for sure. Reviewing great Fragrances like that is the best part of this, but sometimes they can be hard to acquire
My 6 Holy Grails are as follows: Dior homme Parfum Ysl Lhomme Ultime Gucci Nobile Issey Miyake Pulse of the Night Guerlain Spiriteuse Double Vanille Ysl Rive Gauche
The 6 Grails that I'm currently pursuing ... Dior Homme Parfum Issey Miyake Noir Ambre YSL Bleu Electrique CH Men Prive CH Iris Empire Costume Nacional Soul Honorable Mention Amouage Reflection 45 Boadicea the Victorious Hero D&G The One Mysterious Night Roberto Cavalli Deep Desire
I had CH Men, loved it but traded for Givenchy Reserve Privée. CH is better, but the performance isn't as good. DHP was the most consequential Fragrance I have acquired. It changed my collection. I really hope you get it Dave.
I bought Pacific Rock Moss 5 or 6 years ago and performance was awful. I hear it has been reformulated to have better performance but haven't wanted to risk a lot of money.
Yeah, That's always been the criticism of it. I can live with the four hours I get but I certainly understand the frustration with it given the price tag.
It's a combination of the mic and my editing software. I'm transitioning to new editing software very soon because the sound can be hit and miss. Should be resolved very soon.
You tell such a good story with the fragrances. I can definitely listen to you go on and on. Thank you and keep the videos coming
Thank you very much. Comments like this keep me going

That's almost exactly the amount I have left too! Thank you for the kind words.

100%. Sometimes it scares me though - just how many emotions a scent can evoke.
Can’t wait until you review Bois Imperial from Essential.

Recommendation: get a stand/ pedestal to place and display your fragrance on as you talk about them.
It's something I have thought about, but space is an issue. It's a very primitive setup at the moment
Seen the gentleman in a rack store, passed it up, and have been day dreaming about it ever since 😞
The performance is okay, but It would be awesome with another hour of longevity

@@ScentsofStyle99I have to add a +1 Amouage Interlude Man Black Iris. Can't believe I forgot to add it initially.

Try Papal Bull No:5, made by mad monks in the Vatican, not to use it is a Cardinal sin
