Why say that Armin doesn't know how to shoot a Korean bow , he wants when he shoots is hit where he wants
and he does it well and it is very accurate. Well the Korean bow is phenomenal
and if I have the opportunity to have one that is an Alibow.🥰 Armin Thanks for the review✌😃

Armin is absolutely right about this bow! I bought one in 2018 and I still love to shoot it!
If you don't fear the ordering/delivery struggle with AliBow, you should get one of the Segye! It takes some patience, but AliBow will deliver properly in the end. I have ordered two bows and each time it took about 9-12 weeks to arrive in germany. But all the waiting is absolutely worth the time. Great bows for the money!

Same. I got my Segye bow from Alibow because of Armin's first review of this bow (I got a 50#). And this bow's trumpcard is its drawing curve/draw experience. The shipping to Norway back then wasn't so bad (4-5 weeks). Now it's insane because of the Korona-virus

Shot over 100 arrows with my 45# Segye today.
    Realy nice shooter!
Though, looking back i wish i had ordered it in 40#.
Draw is smooth up to 28". Than it starts stacking and comes to a concrete wall at 30".
Would have liked the 2" extra draw length on the lower poundage version better, for sure.

Mr. Armin, a bit off-topic : from what I see in the video, at 4:55 minute mark, your 28” draw seems to be in a vertical line with your ear. But usually you refer to your 28” draw to be near the corner of your mouth.
I’m sorry in advance if this is a silly question.

Now that Korean bow i like . First rate and professional review as always my friend. My roommate had a cat with an eye infection just looked like one eye was bigger than the other one day that cat started yoweling and carrying on and all of a sudden its frickin eye exploded. The grossest thing I've ever seen. It went all over the chic that owned the cat I mean she was right up in front, made this disgusting pop crunch sound. The good thing is the cat got instant relief from the pain it had obviously been in and was a much happier kitty after that. My hands kept shaking when I stitched the eye open so it could heal from the inside out because I couldn't stop laughing.. so if your kitty gets one eye bigger than the other and starts yoweling like crazy make sure your least favorite person is right in front of it .LOL!!!!

@@elee9056 I'm assuming you used inexpensive arrows bought from the same retailer as the bow, or some other Chinese-based archery retailer. The arrow nock is the most critical piece of the arrow to get right. I wouldn't even use the nocks that come installed on those arrows. Do yourself a favor and buy some name brand nocks such as Beiter, Easton, or AAE and put those on. They will not break. Just remember, nocks are cheap, bows are expensive.

Armin, ive a question about physicality of archery,
I been shooting for over a year now but recently, ive found out my spine is curved to the left, with this problem it puts extra strain on my left shoulder muscles and doing simple tasks causes it to swell and hurt. All doctors do is give meds that dont help. Any recommendations on how i can get back into archery without hurting myself?

    • @ArminHirmer

to anyone experiencing back pain ... give swimming a try !!! its basicly the numer one sport to help your back since there is no dirrect pressure on the spine and it really helps with decompressing it. also dont forget to push as much as pull when shooting :D
~also don't do meds XD and get well soon

plans on seeing a chiropractor? I had an issue with my lower back from weightlifting and the x-ray showed my lower spine curving to my left side. It was borderline scoliosis. Probably due to improper posture during sitting in front of my computer. He set me up on a 10 week plan, 2-3 visits per week, for adjustments and at the end, like magic, saw significant improvement from before and after x-ray.

    • @elee9056
      @elee9056 3 года назад

as previously mentioned, chiropractor, swimming and other things can help. but also i think it would be beneficial to practice light weight bows with both hands. ive heard that english bowman had uneven spine issue due to drawing 100+ lb bow with one side. it can be more prominent as they got older.
