How we teach kids at Gladiators Academy.

As a coach and mentor to many students in Martial Arts, I have received a lot of questions about how to teach kids MMA! It makes sense, people are nervous about it because nobody wants kids to get hurt or even have a bad experience. Check out this video on how I help kids understand how to blend the different disciplines of wrestling, jiu-jitsu, boxing, and kickboxing together in a blended style of training and execution. This style of training is fun and exciting for kids, it’s great for self-defense and it absolutely helps build the confidence and mindset of students!
