I love how this game makes the most "YOU DIN'T SAW THAT COMING" ahh random mini-boss and gave it the most frantic music. Just like how they did with the "Sentient Statue" on the last chapter. And the minibosses ends up being one of the hardest boss and even getting added at the last floor out of the 10 floors of a chapter.
@@Tree_404the statues are easier, unexpected zooming is fairly easy to dodge once you get a bit of practice, the statue smash is usually 50/50, but with the Komodo dragons, you have to face an onslaught of attacks each turn, if you don’t have proper counters, even with blocking you will still take quite a bit of damage

There is no moment with more determination than one in which you face a being that with a single bite in real life could kill you and is registered as one of the most dangerous in the world. This music is perfect to illustrate above all the will of the player to win against 4 of these beings in the pit.

while not only i love the irony of this song being a theme for one of the most lore irrelevant mini bosses in block tales, i feel like it was made so headbanging to imply that this fight is actually about *the komodo dragon fighting you, and not you fighting the komodo dragon*. cause if you think about it, as soon as she steps out of her "home", she recognizes you as a threat to not itself, but to its children and attacks you solely out of the will to protect its babies, even though not knowing the real deal with who the player is.
