You, my friend, missed out on the Disney era of Power Rangers. Ninja Storm, Dino Thunder, SPD, Mystic Force... Those, and the originals from the 90s were the best. That said, Samurai is the only Nickelodeon era Power Rangers series I like.
I know that people who have been watching since Mighty Morphin Power Rangers will always say this show wasn't great but this was one of those shows that I really loved as a child. No matter what others say,this show will always be special to me.

Funnily enough, these were the first power rangers I ever saw, but not the first series. I was scared as a 5 year old if the monsters and the episode I saw, the rangers were getting destroyed. Mega force and Dino charge were what I watched as a kid. But I’m tempted to see this series now that I’m rewatching my childhood shows. (Tmnt 2012 and Ninjago anyone?)
Let me tell you, watching this as an adult, it still surprises me how fun the fights are. I completely understand why I and so many others fell in love with this show. Definitely will show my kids this, it only feels right to have these guys as heros to me, even if it's aged a bit

thats a really hot take rpm is my favourite and it is the favourite of the majority of the fandom too. it was dark it had great characters and a lot of original footage. this is just ideas from the 90s reused with shinkenger footage over every single fight. i consider everything after rpm (dino charge not really) an atempt of getting money more of an atempt of making a good series
