I was so stunned, shocked & sadden all together at once when I heard the news. I had always thought of him as a good role model, but I never once saw this coming from him. I never even met him yet I miss him. It’s an odd feeling missing somebody you never met or will get to meet. I just hope he is at peace now.

Gotta be honest. When I saw the 2017 Power Rangers movie in theaters and this played during the shot of the Zords running through a quarry like in the opening of thr TV show, I thought it was one of the most hype things I ever saw. Three years later, that's still true.

MicrosoftBabbit not like in the 1995 film were it's poorly stage like when played on first time when after they morph which they instantly transformed then their enemies have fled. 2nd time when the zords are combining and the way how they combine is like toys combining just add 2 giant hands holding the zords and you got a toy commercial. I esp. find the introduction of the zords badly staged. They enter the scene flying! The falcon and crane looks good when flying but the rest looks like they are in a toy commercial like a mean a flying ape, wolf, bear and frog?

Austin St. John, Walter Jones, and Thuy Trang were originally set to be on the first Power Rangers but already left the show during that time. It would of been great seeing Jason, Zack, and Trini gaining Ninjetti powers

The cast members were unable to come to an agreement with how much money they were making, so Saban fired them and replaced them with 3 new guys who took their places.
The best version of the theme by far. When it started playing in the 2017 movie, my friend Mason and I both internally squeed. Everything feels so fresh and new when compared to the original.

Venjix first started out as a computer virus, and only resorted to humanoid bodies later. Venjix does not consider anyone in his faction "family", and has remained stationed on Earth his entire life. While Venjix maintains a calm exterior, he is shown to be highly aggressive when things do not go as planned, often lashing out at his advisors for their failures. Lastly, in his final battle, he fights the Rangers while in his normal size.
I liked the 2017 film. Sure it took forever for them to actually become Power Rangers, and the Krispy Kreme advertising was pretty dumb. But I liked some of the new ideas they had for stuff like the backstory between Zordon and Rita, or actually getting to know more about each Ranger and what their lives are like and how they interact with others. Plus, when the zords came in and this song played, it was freaking glorious, and the Megazord played out like a Pacific Rim jaeger-vs-kaiju-styled fight; not as dynamic as the ones from the show, but it was quite a spectacle. It didn’t really feel like a slap in the face since not only were they different versions of the original characters from MMPR, but when we got to see what their everyday lives were like, and when they opened up to each other and talked about themselves during that campfire scene was a neat edition. And to be fair, having the rangers try to train and prepare themselves to actually become rangers, since they are teenagers and will take longer for them to become heroes than someone like Zordon, who had much more experience than all 5 of them. You wanna see a real slap in the face to a beloved franchise? Watch all 5 Transformers films directed by Michael Bay. *THOSE* are real slaps in the face. This? Nah. Nothing really offending the original series or acting like “oH De OG SeRIs wAs CrAP, DiS Is tHe NEw Pr BooOOiiiIss,” it honestly felt more like just another film to watch, nothing special, but nothing horrible.
@Keeva2006 I liked the 2017 movie. There, I said it. I don't think it deserved that much hate. Was it perfect? Absolutely not. But what I loved about it was the fact that we got to see the Rangers undergo their TRAINING (something we almost never see). Yes, it took them ages to finally morph but it gave the characters DEVELOPMENT. The acting was pretty decent for the most part and the casting was spot on (what's more epic than frickin Heisenberg/Hal as Zordon?). I was really looking forward to a sequel, mainly because at the end of the film most of the groundwork has been done and we can now get a full on power rangers movie with all the characters we got to know. Sadly that won't happen.

After the Grid Battleforce and Dino Charge Rangers are taken down by Goldar Maximus and Snide, Devon, the only Ranger who was not there to go through the portal, takes the meteor he found and uses it so he can contact any Rangers through the Morphin Grid for help. This ends up summoning the original Red Ranger, Jason Lee Scott, who in turn summons the rest of the Mighty Morphin team and the Dino Thunder Rangers for one giant brawl against Evox's forces.
Movie version > original version. Don’t get me wrong I love the original but my god. This version goes above and beyond in all the right ways. If we were to ever get an animated series based on the boom studios power rangers comics. They should undoubtedly use this for the final battle in shattered grid
Everytime I hear this movie theme and compare how they cut andedited it in the movie, I feel that we fans were completely robbed of the Epicness that the full theme had to offer.
Beast Morphers had perhaps the biggest number of returning characters in the franchise: all three Dino Ranger teams, Sledge and his gang, Goldar, Doctor K, Venjix and Colonel Truman.

Venjix first started out as a computer virus, and only resorted to humanoid bodies later. Venjix does not consider anyone in his faction "family", and has remained stationed on Earth his entire life. While Venjix maintains a calm exterior, he is shown to be highly aggressive when things do not go as planned, often lashing out at his advisors for their failures. Lastly, in his final battle, he fights the Rangers while in his normal size.

Nope, don't want to see it. I quit watching after the 1st movie, at it's prime. It stays at it's prime for me ;)
I liked the 2017 film.
Sure it took forever for them to actually become Power Rangers, and the Krispy Kreme advertising was pretty dumb. But I liked some of the new ideas they had for stuff like the backstory between Zordon and Rita, or actually getting to know more about each Ranger and what their lives are like and how they interact with others. Plus, when the zords came in and this song played, it was freaking glorious, and the Megazord played out like a Pacific Rim jaeger-vs-kaiju-styled fight; not as dynamic as the ones from the show, but it was quite a spectacle.
It didn’t really feel like a slap in the face since not only were they different versions of the original characters from MMPR, but when we got to see what their everyday lives were like, and when they opened up to each other and talked about themselves during that campfire scene was a neat edition. And to be fair, having the rangers try to train and prepare themselves to actually become rangers, since they are teenagers and will take longer for them to become heroes than someone like Zordon, who had much more experience than all 5 of them.
You wanna see a real slap in the face to a beloved franchise? Watch all 5 Transformers films directed by Michael Bay. *THOSE* are real slaps in the face. This? Nah. Nothing really offending the original series or acting like “oH De OG SeRIs wAs CrAP, DiS Is tHe NEw Pr BooOOiiiIss,” it honestly felt more like just another film to watch, nothing special, but nothing horrible.
@Keeva2006 I liked the 2017 movie. There, I said it. I don't think it deserved that much hate. Was it perfect? Absolutely not. But what I loved about it was the fact that we got to see the Rangers undergo their TRAINING (something we almost never see). Yes, it took them ages to finally morph but it gave the characters DEVELOPMENT. The acting was pretty decent for the most part and the casting was spot on (what's more epic than frickin Heisenberg/Hal as Zordon?). I was really looking forward to a sequel, mainly because at the end of the film most of the groundwork has been done and we can now get a full on power rangers movie with all the characters we got to know. Sadly that won't happen.

After the Grid Battleforce and Dino Charge Rangers are taken down by Goldar Maximus and Snide, Devon, the only Ranger who was not there to go through the portal, takes the meteor he found and uses it so he can contact any Rangers through the Morphin Grid for help. This ends up summoning the original Red Ranger, Jason Lee Scott, who in turn summons the rest of the Mighty Morphin team and the Dino Thunder Rangers for one giant brawl against Evox's forces.

Movie version > original version. Don’t get me wrong I love the original but my god. This version goes above and beyond in all the right ways. If we were to ever get an animated series based on the boom studios power rangers comics. They should undoubtedly use this for the final battle in shattered grid
Everytime I hear this movie theme and compare how they cut andedited it in the movie, I feel that we fans were completely robbed of the Epicness that the full theme had to offer.
