The ad placement RUclips puts on these videos is funny sometimes. On this one at one point Molly was saying "If you made it this far pat yourself on the..." and an ad broke in. I had no idea where to pat myself. 😆

hahaha, I just fixed that 😂 I can place them myself or let RUclips do it
Hey . If you haven't already done it I think a good idea could be to do a video on Scottish Gaelic (Gàidhlig). You could talk about the similarities between the two and your general thoughts on the language. Tapadh leibh!
Dia dhuit Molly! One of the best videos I've ever seen! I really needed it! I must confess that asking questions in past tense is my "Achilles heel"! I'am really(or was) bad at that! But now I hope to improve! Tá mé nó bhí mé an-olc orm ceisteanna a chur san aimsir chaite! Ach anois tá súil agam feabhas a dhéanamh! Go raibh míle maith agat agus slán tamall!

Tá fáilte romhat 😊💚 yes questions are something a lot of people struggle with!
The time it takes me to realize what people are asking and then form my response means most people have moved on to another question by then. Ach táim ag foghlaim!
You are awesome!! Thank you for helping keep this language alive and especially for teaching it!! Its good you state what dialect you speak. That drove me crazy when I first tried learning because everything would sound different from recording to recording.
Dia dhuit Molly ! What a great video ! I really learnt a lot from your video! Good job! Cad fîseán iontach! D'fhoghlaim mé go leor ó d'fhíseán i ndáiríre! Maith thú! Go raibh maith agat agus slán go fóill!
I love your channel) I've always loved Ireland and Irish people Recently I found out I have 1% Irish DNA so it wasnt coincidence) Keep your amazing work)
Dia duit! Thank you for your videos! I just discovered them today and am very grateful for it! I am just started with learning Irish and this is very helpful! Could you maybe do videos where you only speak Irish with translated subtitles? I love your explanations on the language itself (please do not stop them), but I would love to "get an ear" for the language and I think for that it would be wounderful to listen to it more often, even if i can not understand much at first. I am not from Irland and find it very difficult to find videos where people actually talk in irish (do you maybe have some suggestions on that?) Anyway thank you again from the bottom of my heart! Slán.

absolutely! I plan to do that so expect to see more videos like that soon :) in the mean time you should check out Gaeilge le Eimear on RUclips, she has some videos like that :) thanks for watching 💚
Molly, I'm a senior citizen and yours is the best Geilge channel I have ever seen, Well done a cailín, I have missed some of your videos how can I find them for my granddaughter. My pronouncement is a little different {munster}
Hello, you have to click on her channel Profil picture. Then you can see her channel Profil. There you have to navigate to uploads or videos. You should find all her videos there.
Molly I am confused. You say you "covered the irregular verbs in the past", thats fine. How could you have covered them in the future, that baffles me. ha ha. !
@ answering in Irish sure is the goal. Actually my main reason to juggle around with languages to be able to enjoy music videos and they are my may source of learning the languages. I have partial hearing loss and speech impediment so I would be mostly typing my responses. As I get serious and devote more time to learn Irish I will get there in a year or two. I am 65 now and do have time . I was listening to this song "Buachaill on Eirne" ruclips.net/video/Ngr6YJkovjQ/видео.html
Doin god's work Molly more power to you!!
Go raibh maith agat ☺️
So hard to find good resources on RUclips for learning (or re-learning) Irish. Glad I discovered your channel. Obair den scoth! Go raibh maith agat !

Feic is also my favourite. Remember in primary school we'd use the excuse of gaelige for swearing feck!

Does anyone know how you would answer questions in the past tense for 2 or more syllable verbs, like cheannaigh?

He chose to leave, he had enough
To get. 💪🤔🤛🤜 Fight🤣😂
Is it OK to answer in English if the question is asked in Irish ?
Surely that depends on who you're talking to and how much you want to learn / practice your Irish.
An bhfuil sé ceart go leor?
Well if you’re not able to answer in Irish yet it’s ok but you should aim to answer in Irish 👍🏻
