- Personnel from British Overseas Territories regiments are among the thousands of troops taking part in the King's coronation procession.
The servicemen and women told Forces News about their feelings of pride to be involved in proceedings.

To a lot of people, this will be the one and only Coronation that you will witness. I’m lucky, as a child I witnessed the Coronation of Queen Elizabeth the second, now I’ll witness the Coronation of Charles the third.

The first thing my Granddad ever saw on the TV was the coronation in 1953. Everyone went round one person's house on the street as only one family had a TV!

Seeing all these flags incorporating the Union Flag reminds me of when I saw Leni Riefenstahls' iconic film Olympia. I was amazed, when I first saw it, how many flags incorporating this device were paraded at the Berlin Olympics.
I was proud at the time, but now realise that I was suffering from white fragility or unconscious bias or something similar and that I am overdue for a massive dose of reeducation.
All you are suffering from is white liberal guilt. Get over it. The Commonwealth countries have.
