- I wanted to visualise the spirit of travelling through Mongolia by music and animation and so the project ‘Welcome to Mongolia’ was born.
I started this project about a year ago, I finished up the song first and wanted some visuals, so purchased the animation software Moho 12 and started the animation process which took most of the time, I worked on the animation for about a year on and off.
Unfortunately any tourism to Mongolia is cancelled at the moment in 2020 due to Covid19 , so if you would like to visit Mongolia it will be for next year.

I first travelled to Mongolia in 2013 and went on a 2-week music workshop tour with master throat singer Dangaa Khosbayar (Hosoo) through the countryside of Mongolia and I was instantly hooked.
It was an amazing experience, meeting other people, camping in the beautiful nature together and practising our throat singing along the way.
I am now living in Ulaanbaatar Mongolia with my wife and son (for the past 5 years) and am working on some projects with Batzorig Vaanchig.

I've been to Mongolia twice and can confirm, the sandmonster is quite real. No jokes aside, this video is a good representation about Mongolia and what it has to offer.
