I love when old buildings are converted like this. I wrote a story once about a group of friends who move into an abandoned warehouse and set it up in a very similar way - using what they have around them, and finding different bits and bobs to add in. A uniformity in the lack of uniform furnishings. Definitely an awesome place!
Lisa is really cool to let Cash look around/snoop around her apartment. Not my kind of home, but Lisa did an awesome job furnishing/decorating it. It feels warm and cozy ...like a home should 👍
I wasn't surprised to learn that the owner is an artist. I love how this place is decorated. Those two couches with no relation to each other style-wise look great together in this space. Everything stands alone as unique yet fits together as a perfect whole. The plants add warmth. Love the area for the doggo too.
That has to be one of the coolest apartment's I've EVER seen on your channel Cash! It really speaks to the current VIBE of GREENPOINT which is now full of artists and creatives. Its artsy, bohemian, unique, with updated elements, well lit and has great open architecture. Reminds me of places we used to party in the Village on the Lower East Side after hours in the early 2000's. It really is something out of a MOVIE...beautiful. And they have really done a great job of combining the Bohemian style with a Modern feel. All was missing was some Neo-Soul music playing in the background and some Andy Warhol art on the walls lol.
One of the things I love about NYC is cool living spaces like this. You walk in to what basically looks like a dungeon and hidden within is a beautiful gem. Love this space and the eclectic decor.
This has to be THE apartment of my dreams. This is exactly what I think of when I think of living in New York City. I love it! Take care Cash. Blessings to u and your lil family.
Gorgeous place, perfectly decorated. I love all the unique stuff and the quirky atmosphere. Would move in within a heartbeat without changing anything.
When you were walking down that industrial hallway and the door opened into that gorgeous loft was like a real life version of the scene from The Wizard of Oz where it went from black and white to color!
Another winner 🏆 however, rent is still crazy. But not too long ago you showed an apartment for 7k the size of a box that a refrigerator came in with absolutely NO personality at all...so if I had to pay 6k for a place to rent in NYC, I would gladly rent this place with absolutely no guilt whatsoever. This place gives off great vibes. Geez I love that old French Provincial living room set and that 70s light over the kitchen island. This place def has a lot of charm and character. 👍 Nice one, Cash. Thanks!
Greetings from Azerbaijan. Cash, one of your followers is from Azerbaijan :D I have never thought I would hear my country's name in one of your video. It was nice you tried to pronounce it correctly lol
THIS is precisely the kind of flat I think of when I think of NYC. I would love living in a space like that. It's quirky, playful and a nice mixture of airy but also comfy and cozy. My only concern would be how much it costs to heat the place in winter. Those old windows are horrible for letting heat escape. However, if it were my place, I'd find a way to work around that just to have the pleasure of living there.
Love you Cash!! 😊You are so gracious, kind and respectful of your renters and rentees? ☺️🤩☺️ Definitely had fun with this unique and interesting NY Loft!! Cash, you are so enjoyable to watch!!! God bless you and your precious Family! ~ Grammy in Ft. Lauderdale
I L.O.V.E.D IT!!! But, I'm confused... Is it for sale? Is it a rental? I heard the price of $6K/month (well worth it, IMHO) but there was a caveat of "if it were to rent". The space is LOADED with lots of character, quirkiness, and uniqueness (and lots to dust)... oh my, oh my!!! Just those HUGE factory windows were enough to "sell" me and then you had the rest of the furnishings, etc... oh my, oh my!!! I thoroughly enjoyed today's tour!!!
It's not for sale or for rent. Remember when Cash showed that 1 place somewhere in Brooklyn that the guy built the cool tiny home in his backyard during the pandemic? This might be those guys & they're just showcasing unique places where people live
got stuck working a job 8 years ago in greenpoint, wound up falling in the love with the neighborhood so much i moved here shortly after, and i find myself still here i love it
Love this place, surprised it didn't have a roof deck or outdoor space. Love the bedroom, bath and kitchen. The big windows are nice! The best part was the Great Dane! She looks like a big baby and has her own place to rest! 👍😊
I was in a real bad mood all day until I watched your video Cash... thanks..this is the most awesome apartment..if I was looking, this would definitely be on the top of my list.
OMG I don't even care that I could never ever afford this, and won't even hold it agains whoever can. I'm just so happy it exists! Awesome tour, thank you so much!
This is the kind of beatnik pad I would expect to see in NYC with some one like Dean Moriarty or Sal Paradise hanging out in with bongos and wineskins on the wall. Bohemian is the right word and I could rhapsodize all day about this crazy loft. Getting this would almost make me migrate back to the Big Apple and do what I can to keep the dystopia at bay. Showing the bookstore with 1984 in the window: very appropos!! Even the gray dog was quirky. Cash, I can see the whole Jordan family living there. What can I say to put you in this loft today?
I love the eclectic decorating style....using art pieces, and found items...a lot of people can't pull it off though....you would think it would be easy....it comes out looking junky and messy.....but done right it works... and it does start conversations...
I did not.. And I mean did not see that coming. My mouth dropped when You opened the door. Holy Eclectic Awesomeness Batman!!!! Loved every part of this. Go Lisa! Go Lisa! Thanks Cash for the great video.
Love that apartment and the furniture!! The appreciation should be for those incredible floors. The island was nice but those wood floors were phenomenal!! I would never get anything done because I would be too busy looking at stuff. But mom’s sofa and chair were just the greatest. I could seriously dig having them in my place. Thanks for bringing this gem Cash! I seriously would pay the $6k but I no gots!!
Love you videos and I am a retired teacher and I worked for free alll the time and even bought materials myself because the school did not provide! Love watching your videos and I know I could not live in New York!
Now THAT is totally me! I absolutely love it! Perfect area too. I would not change a thing in that place..well maybe to add to it! 😊 What a treat that was. Reminds me of some of the places I've had 💗 Thanks once more for the work put into this video..
I would be so nervous up in that loft space with so many areas that have zero railing. Can’t imagine being drunk walking around up there. I love the bathroom, such a unique space.
This place is just beautiful and has so much space. Now I see a lil caveat looking at the window: this must be cold in winter, or you need to crank up the heat seriously to compensate for the loss of heat.I bet the electricity+heating bill is as gigantic as the place itself. But if you have the means, I am sure it is a small detail.
Okay, I can understand paying $6k/month for this place. It's huge!!! And it has character. It looks like that dog is bigger than Cash; it certainly was showing its dominance when it growled at Cash.
The decor is dizzying and with that open staircase, you’ve got a disaster waiting to happen. That sofa and it’s matching are hideous! But the space itself is great! But one must be mindful of the saying; “clutter expands to fill available space.”
I think this is the wildest apartment you've ever shown us. It's definitely quirky & positively unique. & it has a sink sprayer & in unit laundry!!!
But is the sink big enough for Cash to wash his hands in?
LOVE them hanging plants ! 🤗
This gives all the vibes of a "movie" apartment in a big city. I love every part of its eclecticism.
Honestly one of my favorite apartments I've ever seen on this channel.
And I've been watching each video since 2020.
I agree. there was so much in this one that made it unique and it has a really good feel about it.
I love when old buildings are converted like this. Me too.
A progression towards independance. The NEW generation from 1960's era, probably all Grandchildren from that age/era ! 🤗🇺🇸
They're architecturally really cool, but probably pretty damn cold during winter
Lisa is really cool to let Cash look around/snoop around her apartment. Not my kind of home, but Lisa did an awesome job furnishing/decorating it. It feels warm and cozy ...like a home should 👍
Not a knock on her furniture or decorating, can you imagine how massive this place would look if it was empty? This is really cool place.
I wasn't surprised to learn that the owner is an artist. I love how this place is decorated. Those two couches with no relation to each other style-wise look great together in this space. Everything stands alone as unique yet fits together as a perfect whole. The plants add warmth. Love the area for the doggo too.
@@jeanhansel5805 by artist she probably means onlyfans
Minimalism looks great in photos, living in a minimalistic space is not easy in real life.
Someone here in these comments is salty. 😂
Really though, even if you decorated to open it up, it's still not very large.
It's cool to see an apartment that's occupied. The vacant ones are always so empty and lonely feeling
Use your imagination to furnish the vacant units!
@@Gizathecat2 I can do that, but we can't change the echo from the emptiness.
This place is full of charm and character. And I believe the word everyone's looking for to describe this place is Bohemian.👍🏽
This would be the picture in the dictionary, next to the definition of bohemian🤣
@@goldenageofdinosaurs7192 😂
Totally
More scladanian than bohemian.

The mixture of elements in this apartment but somehow coexist with each other, hands down one of the best apartments I've seen.

Lofts , garden apartments, re worked duplexes make My city liveable . Biking thru BROOKLYN IS A VIBE .
What a beautiful apartment. I never say this about these places you show us but I’m actually jealous. I love this place
Same lol
NYC, has the best lofts. They're such a vibe, it's undeniable. Thanks Cash ❤!!!
I absolutely love the unique vibe of this apartment - it's one of a kind and beautiful!
This has to be THE apartment of my dreams. This is exactly what I think of when I think of living in New York City. I love it! Take care Cash. Blessings to u and your lil family.
Gorgeous place, perfectly decorated. I love all the unique stuff and the quirky atmosphere. Would move in within a heartbeat without changing anything.
lofts are the real vibes of New york
Coolest apartment ever, loved it!
This is like a brand new format of showing us apartments. I dig it
When you were walking down that industrial hallway and the door opened into that gorgeous loft was like a real life version of the scene from The Wizard of Oz where it went from black and white to color!
Incredibile place. People living there did a great job with the decorations and furniture. Is like living in your own secret world
This is the coolest apartment I've ever seen!
As others commented, this is the best living space for the money seen so far. I love Lisa's decorating style. I love her adorable doggie.
Hey Cash there is an entire Van Life movement in New York .

Now this one is exquisite! There's nothing in it that I don't love. Well except the rent possibly. But this would be a dream come true...

Very cool, love the lofted area and all the plants and how most of the furniture and decor is thrifted! Beautiful dog too!
This place is like straight out of my dream vision, what an amazing place, I'd LOVE to live there!
The best Neighborhood tours before the Real Estate on RUclips.

That space is freaking awesome! It's my 2nd favorite that you've shown, after the one with the bridge ♥

"Bakeri" on Freeman St.!! Sweet!!! right across the street from the place...OMG ...NOW ...THIS is what a NYC loft really is! LOVE IT!
Absolutely love this apartment. I also love the sound your bike makes, it looks like such a fun way to get around the city.
Very nicely decorated!!!! This is the best one thus far! 🙌🏽 so much character!
I'm only 2mins in and loving that bookstore.... After seeing the comments I'm excited for the tour even more than usual.
Me still with my books, DVD's, CD's etc lol. I still have my old VHS tapes :P
Ya, that's the NY loft that everyone dreams about. I'm all about the vintage and upcycled so I'd be pretty happy there.
Oh my God I have never seen anything like this before it so amazing different eclectic beautiful
Now that place I could live in, size wise. That kitchen was gorgeous!
This has got to be the best loft I've seen. Beautiful.
This was a super fun one - love the quirky weird vibes of the entire place. Female friend has the best laugh!
This apartment is dope 🔥
One of the coolest loft I seen so far
Omg, this place is INCREDIBLE.
Now THAT is totally me! I absolutely love it! Perfect area too. I would not change a thing in that place..well maybe to add to it! 😊 What a treat that was. Reminds me of some of the places I've had 💗 Thanks once more for the work put into this video..
That place is awesome. Reminds me of the SoHo apartments in the 70s when you had the whole floor of the building to work with.
So that kitchen island is actually a professional kitchen work table. They are actually pretty cheap and last forever
I’m so overwhelmed by this. The place is amazing!
This is the best decorated apartment I've seen!! And it's a great apartment!! Bravo!!
Now this is the coolest 😎 Apartment ever..
This is one of the best i 've seen on this channel. 💯
GORGEOUS SPACE!
I would be so nervous up in that loft space with so many areas that have zero railing. Can’t imagine being drunk walking around up there. I love the bathroom, such a unique space.
I LOVE her loft....omgggg. I'm guessing she bought it and renovated it? This is the one I would want out of ALL the places you've shown. Wow!!
Good Morning Mr. Cash....This apartment definitely has Character! Enjoy your Monday and Week! 🙂
I’m coming to Brooklyn in October for a few days. I’m looking to bike through the city. Where can I rent an electric bike for a few days?
Loved everything about this one.
Fabulous apartment Cash, and super nice occupants, can't have a bad day meeting them!! Cheers
Love it! ❤️
omg I would have to say this is THE coolest NYC apartment Cash has shown us yet. Dare I say its quintessential NY?
The best apartment I've seen on your channel so far.
This is one coolest warehouse apartment that looks like a loft. I would make it more modern for my style. Please show more unique apartments.
Now that is a HOME! Loved it and thanks for the tour.
This place is just beautiful and has so much space. Your videos never disappoint ☺️
This is a gem.
I’m in love!!❤
lol cash’s facial expressions are priceless.
I really like this one. Might be chilly in the winter
This is my favourite apartment that you have visited! Exactly my style. I adore retro stuff
That place was so Unique! Loved It!💕
What a fantastic place to live! This is why I love BK!
Okay, I can understand paying $6k/month for this place. It's huge!!! And it has character. It looks like that dog is bigger than Cash; it certainly was showing its dominance when it growled at Cash.
Love this apartment!
That was the coolest place ever!! Love it!!
Beautiful space
this is the most beautiful home i have eve seen! exactly my style! wowowowowow!
Awesome, awesome apartment and worth every penny!

I loved that sofa and matching chairs.
🤣🤣🤣Cracking me up, afraid of a dog. You're so funny! Beautiful apartment!
Now That's an Apartment I Really Like!
