      I'd start with the following basic questions to the customer:
      1. Can you elaborate on any specific business objectives or goals you wish to achieve through the implementation of real-time personalization?
      2. What specific customer behaviors and activities would you like to track in real time to inform personalization?
      3. How do you envisage the real-time personalization process improving the customer experience and journey across different touchpoints (web, mobile, email, and other customer touchpoints)?
      4. Are there particular types of content or offers you'd like to prioritize in the real-time personalization process?
      5. How do you see analytics and reporting?
      And based on the answers - proceed with some specific requirements. And don't forget to segment and target audience based on their behavior, preferences, characteristics, and previous interactions.
