You can follow the tutorial to annotate clusters with cell types using marker genes. You can then select the category that has your cell type annotations. Change the “Categories” to “Gene/Feature Expression” and type in your gene of interest. This will allow you to view where the gene is expressed on UMAP and in which clusters in a violin plot. The violin plot icon is at the lower left of the Loupe Browser.
