Our front cap has looked like that for 4 years

I was told that if you take down the forward wall in the basement you can access them. Haven’t explored that yet.

GD must have used cheap LEDs here. 1/3 of mine are out on the awnings and about 1/4 of the front cap. I've seen several other GD units with them out as well. Don't think either has hit anywhere close to 10k hours, lol.

I have attempted to place an order for the led lights with Carefree. After entering all info including credit card info while the site said “processing “ it then stated the site was not valid. I have attempted calling and emailing this company and have been unable to reach them. I did stay on hold for 43 minutes and finally left a message requesting a call back but have not heard from anyone. How do you get in touch with them???

Hey Mike I reached out to Carefree about your problems with trying to plane an order and they would like to reach out to you. Can you email me a phone number or email that they can reach you? Thecampoholics@gmail.com

I bought these and it is easy to remove and replaced on my Winnebago Trend. Turned my switch and Like Christmas NOTHING. Checked fuses all are fine. So once connected try turning them on. If they work, east to put into the channel after removing the backing tape. If not RETURN. don't be me

You've replaced them once already, and now less than a year your replacing them again, yet your still using CAREFREE lights ?
Our Stuck to the Awning fabric, and now there's pieces of LED strip stuck to the Awning in several spots. Dont think I'll be using CAREFREE, as its obvious from your video I'll be replacing them again in about a year ! ! ! 😮
