I put a Malian system on my wife's R56 Cooper S and fits perfectly. It's a 2.5" straight through system to two 3.5" tails and it is LOUD!! Pops and bangs when shifting and on overrun even with Sport mode off. Lovely noise inside on full acceleration...if you're up at "The Port" Civicky, you'll hear her before u see her 😃
Hi Civicky, brilliant video,the Mini Cooper S looks totally different now from before, silver and black are two colours that go well together.and the calipers make it stand out.the exhaust sounds nice.once it wears in will sounds more raspy.
Love it when you have to fight with the tar and glue remover on the stickies lol 🥥🥥

I got one of these for an early R53 and had a real game to fit the rear boxes due to the hangers not lining up, once fitted I was extremely satisfied with the looks and sounds though😁😁

How did you solve it with the hangers? Only one hanger per side? Need too bend the hangers?
Do you not hang it in both the brackets for the silencers in rear sound damper. ? Only use one per silencer?

Just got mine for my build..I did 19% pulley with ported facelift sc , ported intake Manifold , ported ic horns , 65mm tbody and 3in intake , jcw injectors , step colder plugs , lightweight flywheel and stage 1x clutch.. just breaking in clutch now and put on gp spoiler..check my channel. I'm working on my aero now but got another 300+ whp build too
