Last time I checked physcians do not study human behavior and psychology. Thats...psychology. I watched a lot of psychology channels and they ALWAYS say everyone is different but everyone has a baseline. Also detracting from that baseline isn't necessarily an indication of deception. Its just an elevated possibility.
Combined with all these factors and she never looks up like that. I think deception is very likely here.

I think what everyone is missing here is that the purpose of Karl Jobst’s video are to provide concrete and verifiable proof of her cheating, and not proving the cheating itself.
The fact she cheated is inarguably evident from the gameplay alone, because otherwise the implication would be absurd.

During her livestream, there was a moment when she turned to the camera on her right to show her audience something on her phone. If you look closely at her phone screen, you can spot the reflection of her chat from her third hidden monitor. It happens twice.
Come to think of it... if not on a 3rd monitor, where would that webcam be placed!? I doubt a lot of people would put a webcam on a tripod placed on a desk.
