I did feel Edgar's conclusion was more satisfying in the sense that he played a role in overcoming his personal demons as well as Raz. And the little high-five at the end was a nice touch. lol
When I finished fighting that bull, I literally stood up and tried to fistbump my TV. That moment where Edgar finally learns to move on was just so awesome and, quite honestly, really well-handled and mature.
I was kind of hoping in Psychonauts 2, Raz would have a tiny office area with one of Edgar's paintings, but no such luck. Maybe something to look out for if there ever is a Psychonauts 3.
Everything about that final scene is just so…. Chefs kiss. Both from an emotional and comedic standpoint. Edgar and Raz’s disgust, Edgar letting himself hear a bit of the screams as they’re falling into the sewers, That last musical sting as they fist bump out of the scene. A true work of heART.
I like that especially the ending when he opened up the floor again to hear them fall completely. And that look he gave them before they fell 😀. And to tell you the truth I've been in that kind of situation a lot of times. The world does need Psychonauts 😊
Wow edgar had not only lost his fighting spirit but also had delusional rage cause by the portrait of the bull fight since he got dropped by his own girlfriend.
Honestly before Psychonauts 2 came out I was hoping we’d get a cameo from one of the characters from the original Psychonauts. I could easily see Edgar becoming a traveling artist or Fred being a re-enactment instructor. To be fair the sequel takes place at the Psychonauts headquarters but if Raz’s family was able to access the grounds beyond the HQ then logically anybody could.
Edgar's name is quite similar to the word "anger" Odio is Hate, and hate can make you fell anger and thats Edgar's Bull and matador, himself, hating over People who are nothing but bad People who never cared for them and are probably just some real losers
"How embarrassing, I can't believe I was hung up for so long over these LOSERS"
Me and everybody else that had a bad time in high school felt this.

yup the power of the psychonaut

I loved every single patient of the Asylum! They had a great character, each one of them!

Raz: You painted a bullfight over the Doctor's face.
Me: If anything, I'd say that's an improvement.

basically "Go to hell"
@@redlantern6669 i was thinking about something like "Yeah sure. Piss off" Because Lana said she loved him more to save herself.
A pretty valuable lesson here. I'm sure that many men have had to deal with this.
Edgar's problem is relatable, I too have hang-ups from my teen years that lingerie in the back of my mind and fill me with rage when brought up.
For all that people say that what happens in High School doesn't matter, it still leaves an indelible mark on the psyche.
I loved this level, not only for the story, but for its change in style and color.
Edgar is easily one of my favorite characters, since he played more of an active role in his own mind.
El Odio = The Hate, just in case you wonder :3
This level was probably the prettiest
I love how Raz was about to say something and was interrupted by the bull. So funny.
Dingo and Lampita falling to what I like to think is the deepest part of hell is so fucking satisfying!
the art looks beautiful
There's a cut scene you missed! If you use a confusion bomb on the bull dog, you get a whole extra cutscene!
Wow edgar had not only lost his fighting spirit but also had delusional rage cause by the portrait of the bull fight since he got dropped by his own girlfriend.
Man i kinda missed this in Psychonauts 2
EVERY TIME, every time it is the same! the matador, the bull, how i DESPISSEEE you both!
haha love that part ^^
Wait, the bull is himself... that means he despises himself :(

Um...those are called boots.
De matador! De B O O L!!!!
@TheHumanApple no i think the pain and the confusion gas made him kind of black out in a way. or at least turn really really dumb.
@bigdoller5150 Top 3

3:Fred
I agree. Fred is in the top 3.
