Hi mam big fan of urs I m 18 years old female fan of urs..I m a fat kid since childhood but in the COVID time I lost 10+ kgs in 6 months with intermittent fasting and 30 mins workout daily ....but since I had my boards this year I was eating unhealthy and not doing any workout and i gained my 10 kgs back.......
I m starting my weight loss journey against...i find a lot of motivation in u ...pls share ur workout in ur vlogs daily it gives me immense motivation and aapki coffee bhi dikhao in ur vlogs.i know lot of people tell not to show but there are many who love it like me...
