Uncharted 4 - Chapter 21 - Treasure Locations, Journal Notes and Walkthrough

This video shows the locations of the treasures and Journal notes in Chapter 21 Brother's Keeper. It also serves as a full walkthrough for the level.
There are 4 treasures in this chapter. They are: Mughal Enamel Bird, Stone Vase, Strange Fruit and Rajasthan Box
The last journal note is also found here, even though the chapter Select menu says both are in Chapter 20.
