A nice fix of a lovely meter - these pushbutton switches are interesting, they were all over the place in the '70s and '80s. Poland had ones licensed from the Isostat company, they used different types of stems for the independent (momentary or latching) and coupled action. Typical ones were 2,4 or 6 pole DT; mains switches (DPST or 2NO+NC, spring-loaded for faster switching action) were very common as well. Some more special kinds were available too - with backlight or electromagnetic release.
