@@Eatfard_5150 Not even remotely. Dude does his job and does it good, the amount of strings is irrelevant. Using right instrument for the job is part of being professional. Professional doesn't need to take 11-string custom guitar if he's gonna use only 6 for this particular song. Also more strings don't mean that player is better per se. That should be pretty obvious, I guess.
Very talented guys. I can always tell the difference between a very talent, schooled band vs a band of talented, good friends. The latter always sounds more genuine as opposed to a bunch of schooled music prodigies. Lol. But again, I respect their playing, it’s absolutely amazing !
That was TIGHT! I hate to compare this to another bassist, but I can definitely hear and see Alain Caron all over this! That's a good thing! Well played, sirs!
Well you couldn't ask for more than what they're providing you nowadays I wish they would have had this when I was a lot younger but it's still great as it is and at this time so keep up the good work everyone you're all great fantastic everyone is as far as I know is really really really enjoying all the videos and studies and stuff that are available tone so you get 10 stars that I 10 Stars
Vous croyez? Perso, je trouve l'ensemble instrumental très classe, le morceau n'est pas surchargé. Je suis guitariste et bassiste, j'aime bien la basse utilisée dans ce morceau; j'utilise le même modèle mais en 6 cordes.
If you Guys love Progressive Jazz Fusion, well my band TransQueb we released our Full Album named : Station a couple of months ago. Go check that out! Also, we are all young people who love Fusion and Progressive Music! I'm the Bass player in the band! ;) ruclips.net/video/AkhOyu1r6L8/видео.html&ab_channel=TransQueb
Hi Alexey. What's this strange part you have put between the neck & the first pickup? I have a BTB 7 and I'm interrested to understand the use of that part. It's not a ramp like Gary Willis or Snow Owl... Thanks for your answer. Jm.
Hi here is a little chorus on a solo part. Bass was recorded directly and then splitted into 2 channels. Clean one and reamped one. Then they were mixed together
@@alexeyzavolokin Hey Alexey! I just want you to know I think you are a FABULOUS bass player! Yes, I've been a big fan of Alain Caron for literally decades, and I'm SO happy to hear that style of 6/7 string bass playing moving forward with HOT new talent like yourself! Keep up the great work, my friend!!

Lovely tune and a great bass sound.
This BTB sounds so tight!
I agree with you. I have a BTB676 wich is a 6 string bass and I love it!
Wish the cuts were longer so we could really appreciate what is going on. I swear the average cut length is less than 1.5s
That really makes an other wise great video into something that was edited by a bot
Joe Dart : breathes heavily

7 strings?! Wow! To me it's hard and difficult enough to handle just 4 strings ;-)
It's the same instrument just has more options.
