To clear this up, on Love Live Rock n Roll, bob daisley only plays bass on sensitive to light, kill the king , and gates of babylon. Ritchie played bass on the whole album plus the first 6 tracks of the rough mix
@@ilhamakbar5482 I stand corrected. Ritchie *wrote* the basslines for some but not all the songs on Rising. The rest were written by Jimmy Bain and all of them played by Bain. On the album Long Live Rock and Roll, Ritchie wrote and this time also played the bass on several tracks. The rest were written and played by Bob Daisley. I don't know which basslines on Rising were written by Blackmore. Because Bain played all of them, it's hard to find out. But for Long Live, Blackmore wrote and played bass on the title track, Lady of the Lake, L.A. Connection, The Shed and Rainbow Eyes.
If this song doesn't inspires you, you're dead in life... Man, I really felt inspired when I was doing some calculus practice for a test and then I heard this, I felt so inspired.
Given that there's no audible guitar on this recording, I assume that it's Blackmore on bass. Saw Rainbow on this tour in 78/79 and Daisley was (and still is) awesome.
My favorite version of this song..HEAVY!!
Incredible piece of bass playing.
oh, Bob...
*Unlike the original album and the live concert recordings, you can actually hear Bob very well on this... You can really hear why he got the gig...*

That bass is awesome
Paulo Sales fucking eh it is

Holy frickin' Bob Daisley!
Blackmore playing the bass.... =P .. It's true.
@@survivorea wow Rich he has four hands do your research please this is Bob daisley playing the bass
@@survivorea This is Daisley, but Ritchie did in fact, play the bass on the second album, Rising.
@@sergejmiladinovic1181 i thought Rainbow Rising's bassist was Jimmy Bain?

@@88hh40 Actually it's Bob Daisley. Check before you post.
@@jimmysaboter3 Ritchie wrote most of the basslines for the album

Bob is a monster talent. Gary Moore,Blackmore ,Rhoades all fantastic and jammed with Bob!
All hail Daisley! (And don't forget to check out his early-days work with Kahvas Jute and Widowmaker. Both outstanding!)
HAIL!
If this is a tour rehearsal its Daisley. Otherwise its Blackmore.

О таком вокале грустит Вселенная!!!ДИО!!!
\Yes, it's true - that *is* Blackmore on the bass (check the credits on the album itself). Daisley IS a great player though...
ShempDavidNiven Actually, it’s Daisley.

This whole LP bass is done by Richie Blackmore.
Zdravko Bitunjac Actually, it’s Bob Daisley.
