An American Tail: Fievel Goes West © Universal Pictures, Amblin Entertainment, Amblimation Studios
I haven't seen this movie in like 25 years and this just randomly popped in my head the other day.
Then you'll be happy to know that the movie's available right here on RUclips.
Same lol.
This shit Just happened to me lol
The parts of rolling rolling rolling always pop into my head once in a while
When I was a kid this was one of the best parts
I always think of this scene whenever I hear “Rawhide!”
Same here
Blues brothers too
When I saw this in theaters at nine, my mind was “Blues Brothers” as I saw that movie on tv at 6
I liked this part so much that I only wish it had been longer since watching Fievel traveling in that tumbleweed through the desert with all those animals dancing, swinging the lyrics or just watching Fievel and the tumbleweed pass them by while this awesome music was playing was a great touch to this fun film.
This was my legit introduction to this song as a kid.
Same here. This was also my first Blues Brothers song, my second one was Soul Man.
I grew up watching this movie as a kid but never knew it was the theme song to an old Western show til recently when I saw my mom and her uncle watching it. I was stunned
I'm surprised Fievel didn't puke after being in that tumbleweed for who knows how long.
Here's some trivia for you: Rats can't puke!
@@Gavarel FIEVAL IS A MOUSE, NOT A RAT!
I feel so old it’s sad.
That tiny bird with the super deep voice cracks me up every time.
Jake & Elwood Blues are the ones singing.
I dont know why, but at 00:17 the little racoon (or whatever they're supposed to be) on the end that's juuuuust off time always made me giggle. It did when I was 12, and it still does at 42 apparently.
I always used to rewind the vhs tape to this part cause i loved this part of the movie.
In the back of my mind I've just heard "Rolling, Rolling Rolling" for years like a ear worm and now i know why
Uses:
The Blues Brothers
A American Tale 2 Fivel goes West
Rango
This is technically John Belushi's final role..
Technically no
I used to have dreams about this scene as a kid because this song and the tumbleweed would play in my head nonstop 24/7 in my dreams
Those animals looked similar to Looney tunes characters
Those jackrabbits look similar to bugs bunny
Somewhat random scenario but also epic
Singing this loud without knowing a single word when I was 5 years old
*whip crack* Nice!!!!! 😁
0:15 damn racoons creepied TSOOM every single time...
0:12, the rattlesnake looks very similar to Kaa from Disney's The Jungle Book (1967).
He did draw inspiration from Walt Disney, so not too far off.
@@NewsAction1 that's true
@NewsAction1 although, Don Bluth wasn't involved with this movie at all
What's with the weird heavy breathing in the background of this?
Uses:
Rawhide TV Show
The Blues Brothers 1980
A American Tale 2 Fivel goes West 1990
Rango 2011
Shrek 2 (Donkey sings that)
That rattlesnake looks like kaa the python from jungle book and littlefoot from the land before time
Don Bluth produced this movie as well as the Land Before Time.
He also drew inspiration from Walt Disney to draw, so you’re not too far from the mark.
@NewsAction1 Although, Don Bluth wasn't involved in this film at all
He arrived at his destination, but the ride was very uncomfortable.
3/5 stars
One time my mom showed me the intro to Rawhide and said “This is where the song really comes from!”. It looked boring compared to Fievel and I did not give a shit.
