- I recently went on a scenic shallow reef dive with my BLU3 Nemo portable diving system. This scenic dive video is very different to my metal detecting videos - there's no audio dialogue beyond my intro, just several minutes of relaxing 4K dive content set to chilled out tunes. Headphones ON if you have 'em nearby! 🎧🎶
Let me know how many species of fish you recognise in the comments. 😄

Amazing footage in this video keep up the great work
Thanks Jeff! 😊
Thank you Mish, you out did yourself again. I had a rough day today and this peaceful calming video got me back to normal. The waters are so clear it's amazing, i would guess that's salt water. In Florida we have a thing called red tide it is a algae bloom that kills fish by the thousands every year than they wash up on shore and the smell burns your eyes and you can't use the beaches till it's gone, so sad. Thanks again, Love from Florida USA
Thanks David! The water was particular clear on this day, it can be quite choppy here usually so it’s not uncommon to have minimal visibility, it is indeed salt water/ocean conditions. We suffer the occasional algae bloom in the sheltered (bay) areas but haven’t had any lately which is good. Have a lovely week 😁
Your welcome keep up the great videos.

The unparalleled beauty of the undersea world...truly breathtaking...thanks for sharing,Mish ❤👍
Hi Mish, thanks for taking us along for the dive. Fantastic reef with a varying display of fish my favourite was the Eagle Ray. enjoyed the music and great filming. Looking forward to the next one. 🐟🐠👍
Thank you Roy! The Eagle Rays are beautiful, there are many in my area so fairly common to spot them on my dives. I’ll keep sharing them where I can. Cheers 😁
Simply magnificent! Best treasure ever!!!
*sigh* This was sublime. 🥰 Very much like some of the ASMR videos I play from time to time. Thank you very much for recording and posting this. I expect I will be replaying it a few times, or more. 😍 See you again, Mish. 😊💖👍
I'm so glad you enjoyed this one! Not only is the water cold on my coastline (presently 16C and dropping - it'll get to 12 or so), it is typically wild and so I have to wait for very specific days to dive -- but when I can, it is so worth it for all the stunning marine life in my area. I'm hoping to film another few dives before winter takes hold here. Cheers :)
Hi Mish, it's so beautiful out there. The water is so clear. Thanks for taking your time to show us just how amazing it is.
Take care and stay safe till next time. ❤
Mermaid with blue eyes. Enjoy your treasure hunting videos. Hello from Maine USA
Some days you just gotta relax because the real treasure is right in front of you. I liked the Banjo Shark dude, awesome and the fish are so different from what we have here.
I just got back from a 6hr dive and I am totally knackered. I just gotta unload and wash everything, my Nemo has just clocked up its 100th run. And it was real clear too.
One day I will get down there and I will bring the Nemo for a run, might need a new one as it is getting water in it some how.
Thanks for sharing Mish.
Cheers and keep it real
Brad
G’day Brad, 6hrs with the Nemo, I tip my hat to you! I did 4hrs earlier in the week because I had access to a (borrowed) second battery and was knackered. 😂
I’d gladly have a paddle with you anytime, the water up that way is a lot more tolerable for the next several months though!
Wait ‘til you see some of the dives I’ve filmed most recently… our mutual mate Dan is to thank for a few of them, but I think you’ll really like the scuba one when it comes out.
Cheers mate. 😁
A nice calming relaxing video Mish. My dog was on my lap when I watched it and he was absolutely mesmerized watching the fish swimming about.Lovely clear underwater scenery with lots of fish and rays.Well done.
Awww, I love this comment! Glad your pup enjoyed it as much as you did! I'm hoping to keep diving through winter this year, the visibility improves over the colder months but it does get very chilly in the water. Cheers mate.
Very peaceful and beautiful thank you Mish....
Absolutely fantastic footage well done mish and no sinkers xxx
Beautiful images. A beautiful dive. Cordial Brazilian greetings.
Thank you for sharing these stunning videos of the under water life in Australia ! Great shares and looks to be fun hunting for underwater treasures ! Be safe and love life !
My pleasure! Thank you Scott :)
Very relaxing. I think I watched it all right up to the point I think I snored. Beautiful spot for a swim. Well done 😁👍
You know you can be my dive buddy anytime, just say the word. 😂😉
Cheers mate!
Wow, what an amazing experience. Thanks for sharing Mish
Looks like the tag alongs were wondering what you are. Lovely dive thank you.
Looks gorgeous under the water!!!
What an amazing variety under the sea, beautiful video
That was amazing Mish thanks for sharing this sometimes we take things for granted to see the beauty that surrounds us and the ocean beneath, it's hard trying to take it all in at once thank you for showing this, great job as always have fun and be safe looking forward to seeing you and the coffee bush kidd.👍👍
Thanks so much, Charles! It’s a whole other world below the water’s surface. I’ve got good news for you on the coffee bush kid front as well - I’ll be seeing him again next month, and while our schedules are somewhat busy this time around we should hopefully be able to fit in a shenanigan or two. Cheers mate.
@@DirtFishMish Thank You can't wait to see you both again good luck be safe.
Amazing video Mish!! Wish I had clear conditions like you have. Very few areas in Ontario are clear! 💙💙💙 LOVE LOVE LOVE the Nemo & Nomad 💙💙💙
G'day Ally! This was an unusually clear day for the area, the vis can improve in the colder months though -- if I'm brave enough to dive it. Probably not quite as cold as where you are, water temp here right now is 18℃ and will get down to 12 or so. Switching from the 3mm to the 7mm suit shortly! I'm a huge BLU3 fan as well, living so far from dive shops means they are crucial if I want to dive regularly. Cheers :)
Very cool underwater video Mish. Great sea life. You guys have some amazing fish there
There’s such a variety of fish where I am, I see different species on every outing. Hoping to do a few more of these dives before it gets too cold here. Cheers David!
great video, love the way you film and show us the awesome creatures in your part of the world, the eagle ray was stunning. thank you.
Glad you enjoyed it! I love making these videos, I know most folks are here for the treasure hunts but I do like to put up a scenic adventure occasionally. 😊 The rays are prolific here, we are very lucky! Cheers.
5:12: that plant looks positively terrestrial
That was just awesome video brings me back I forgot how beautiful Australia is thank you from my heart great Camara work also
It makes me so happy when I can bring up nostalgic memories for folks. Glad I could transport you here for several minutes, Terry 😊
That was a beautiful adventure.
Awesome video Mish! Thanks for sharing! I’m more than 1000 miles from any warm water reefs, but I feel like I was there! 😮🐠
It was my hope to transport people here through the power of film, so I’m glad it worked for you! Not very warm here though, the water was in the upper 60’s F at the time of filming. 😂
@@DirtFishMish Goodness! This summer has flown by for you all! We’re finally getting warm enough weather that the trees are budding. Hope you’re able to get out over your fall!
Very relaxing and peaceful 🐟🐠🐡🤿🎥, but it may give Nora a heat attack to see you diving without a metal detector! 😂 I know that's was happening to me 🤣!
Gotta stop and smell the corals sometimes, Marc! 😂🌷
Super video ! Love the sea life. Great job❤
Wow! What a beautiful dive. Loved it. I’m about 4 weeks away from being back in the water here in the southern US.
That'll come around soon enough!! I'm just clinging on to my 3mm suit at the moment (now with a hood as of this week!), but the temps are dropping fast. It was around 64F in the water today. Brrrr. I need to start arranging US holidays during our winter! Cheers mate.
Beautiful Mishka .😊
Widoki przepiękne, pozdrawiam serdecznie!!!❤❤❤❤
Very soothing Dive Mish, was waiting for that Deus 2 come out and not too mention the wildlife amazing, be careful of those big sharp teeth lol
When you’re fortunate enough to have such scenery on your doorstep, it’d be a shame to look at a detector 100% of the time! 😉 Thank you 😊
Salve salve grande guerreira Mish 💎⛏️🇧🇷
Awesome footage mish well done 👌👌👌👌
Thanks bud! Not long to go now 😄⛏️
Great video, stunning under water views. Its strange to see you without the detector in hand!
Sometimes you've just got to take in the scenery, and this was one of those days. Detecting here generally just yields sinkers galore, I don't typically find many coins etc in this spot but the marine life is just amazing. Cheers Roberto :)
So pretty thank for sharing!!!!!! Much love... BBE
Your cinematography has become quite good over the years Mish. What great memories you have dredged up from the depths of long ago and far away. How I miss the reefs. Thank you lovely lady.
Thank you so much and I’m glad I could bring up happy memories! There’ll be more dives for sure, I love sharing the underwater world with everyone. Cheers 😊
There was movment in the coral
For the word had got around
That the well known Dirt Fish Mish
Was swimming in there grounds
Every reef life critter
Had gathered in there mass
for that lead removing legend
from the sea's from way down south
Cheers Mish, A most enjoyable swim, Thank you!
Ohh, I LOVE this Wayne! Thank you 😁🍻
Nice Mish, thanks for that.
Awsome matey 👍
Fiddler ray is amazing...
Loved it Mish!
Thank you!
Thank you Mish for taking us with you on your wonderful and peaceful dive , It was a great way to start the day watching the video. Keep up the great work .
I’m pleased you enjoyed it! Hoping to put up a scenic dive every so often. Cheers 😊
stunning
Whoa! Who’s that model at the beginning? I thought I clicked on a Sports Illustrated Bikini model video, at first. Lol. Very beautiful under water footage Mish. Cheers.👍
Ha! Are you sure you commented on the right video Luis? I didn’t see any model. 🤣 Glad you liked the video. Cheers mate 😊
Lovely.
I enjoyed your video footage.
Very cool😎
It was nice that big peace of gold the man Found.lot of money. You be safe 🙏 diving
It was an incredible find for sure! Thank you Henry. 😊
Hey Mich. Still making great vids. I miss my nemo and diving. Sad. Sold it all as have been getting sicker over the last 2 years. Now know it's vascular dementia and heart failure. Keep up the video Hun. Very relaxing watching ❤
Hello there!! Great to hear from you! I’m very sorry to hear about the diagnosis though. I do hope you are still taking time for self-care in whatever form now suits you best. 💔 I have just arrived home today from an interstate road trip, and have several new adventures filmed - some are very different to my usual, but they all share a water and treasure hunting theme so I hope they’ll bring a smile to your dial. I’m hoping to do some more scenic dives like this one on my own coast before winter kicks in as well. Cheers 😊
@@DirtFishMish thanks. I look forward too seeing the vids, the waters a bit warmer north of Perth with excellent beaches ⛱️, often with seals playing with you 😀
@@ozventure3822 that sounds delightful!!
The water looked so clear, must be very peaceful swimming around not knowing what you may stumble upon
That’s the best part - as with detecting, you never know what a scenic dive will bring! 😊 Just got home from my massive road trip so the next dive will be into bed for some much needed sleep. 🤣 Cheers Brett.
You know your fish. 👍
They followed you the whole time?? Were they saying, "Mine? Mine? Mine?"
Oh! I think I saw a Ratzenberger fish!
Hi Mish!!!
Hey Mish, that's some incredible underwater scenery. Is that Port Phillip Bay?
Thank you! Nope, regional VIC surf coast. This was an exceptionally calm day, it is typically difficult to get the Nemo out here. 😁
Beautiful video, thank you for sharing it. Your mask with the go pro mount is exactly what I have been looking for, do you find it useful and the quality decent?
G’day Scott, it does the job - the lenses stay reasonably clear with a good ol’ spit and dunk before diving, a fairly narrow field of view compared to my other masks but the GoPro stays stable. This particular one is the Ocean Hunter Phantom GoPro mask. Cheers 😁
So cool, what camera are you using ?
Cheers for that! This was filmed with a GoPro 10, with some colour correction editing as the raw footage at a few metres depth tends to be quite green. Glad you enjoyed the vid :)
Just beautiful!
I’m ready to sleep with the fishes now.
👍👍👍👍👍
Hi Mish, What depth do you think the Nemo is at its best?
I find that once you dive to approx. 2/3 the max depth with the Nemo, the breathing takes more effort, which does take some getting used to if you're coming from a balanced scuba regulator. so I'd say that coasting along at approx. 6ft depth is ideal - enough to feel like you're away from the surface but still comfortable to manoeuvre up and down. The Nomad is better for deeper immersive dives, as it can go 3x the depth of the Nemo. :)
Tag no 192 very enjoyable young Lady

👍🤿🇦🇺
wooooow😍🤩 i love metal detecting and i love the water and diving love watching your videos what an adventure im moving to australia 😁
Thanks so much!! It is too cold to dive at the moment, mid-winter here, but I am keen to get in the water again. 😁
MESMERIZING JUST MESMERIZING
Glad you enjoyed it, Woody!
