Great review mate! I think of all the Insta360 One R 1inch reviews I saw until now, you are the only one mentioning the minimum focus distance of the 1inch sensor --> very valuable piece of information 👍 It would be interesting to see how you would film and edit 360 footage 🙂

I think the tree branch stabilisation is due to your shutter speed, not an issue with the camera stabilisation system. Try different exposure settings and see if the problem persists.
Tip before buying this camera, When you first unbox & assemble this camera it will turn on, but it will not record until you activate it (why I don't know?) you need to download the app for Apple or a Android phone, what if you do not have a up to date phone, well tough better find a friend with one or you are stuck with a paper weight, when activated that's it for life. Great results from 360 mod & 4K mod & a great camera apart from the activation BS.

👍, "Specification is the most important part". 'The One Inch is much brighter at Night'. Which is a plus for being a Cyclist. The Booster Battery Base is a Huge plus to me being a cyclist. Plus the Insta360 ONE R being able to use a 256 GB hard drive is another plus to this Camera. Another Plus is the 120 FPS so I can get license plates and possible see who's driving when I report these non driver's to the Police.
Being a very big LEICA fan and user... Leica T wanted TL2 and then straight to Leica Q now wanting a Q2 but this OneR 1 inch might take the outdoor Job from the Q so I won't have to upgrade to Q2, the batteries on the Q2 are 300 plus Canadian dollars.... So a 1R with boosted battery and charger will fill the gap of in climate weather shots I can't do safely with the Q..... I HOPE? What Leica's do you own if any...for all your Photography....

Talk about your positioning of the artwork and how you styled the shelves. Also how you create your teal and orange look with practical lighting for the background. $407 is not that bad for everything it has , i just spent $200 on the GoPro 7 silver , my first action camera. I wanted to play with it before spending $400 on the 9 , but after watching this i might look into the Insta 360 first , thanks for the video , im getting my prices from south eastern united states , Georgia
you can not replace the lens cover if you scratch it. Insta 360 doesn't sale just the cover on their site so you would have to buy the whole 1 inch mod for $300... and Right now that is sold out on their site. all the you tubers are saying this in their vids but no one is doing the research to tell the truth. Go pro sells their lens cover on their website.
Thank you for the fact that the insta cannot focus closer than 90cm. This is some kind of sad, because I was thinking to use them to make videos of my fish tank. Anyway, thanks.

insta 360 have fogging issues and at a time of supply chain issues, ... you dont want to wait for warranty lol
