    Thats the best looking pork belly ive ever seen ! I love the addition of the tomato sauce, definitely an original idea. Lawn mower man is getting a special introduction now lol. Great stuff Schuey absolutely killing it! I predict 100 thousand subscribers in no time

    😂😂 Schuey you've come a long way since this video. I just bought a pork belly and searched RUclips for "pork belly Schuey". This was the result.
    No smut. No throwing grill plates into the Weber.

      Hey Arthur Stock, just prop it up with some foil underneath it (make a golf ball sized piece of foil and place it in the very center of the pork belly underneath it). It is mainly to stop any juices pooling on the skin and stopping the crackle from forming. 🍻

    Doing this today looks good but I got a question what do you do with the bottom side do you wipe the sauce off or just leave it as is?

      Hey James Ivanusic just leave it on, no need to wipe it off. It will actually help the flesh caramelize a little during the cook.🍻

    If the pork belly had been hung in the butchers fridge for a few days, did you put it in the fridge for the tomato sauce to marinade the meat?

      That's correct Aaron Miller, the acidic levels of the tomato act as a tenderizer and by soaking only the meat in the tomato based sauce, the meat when cooked is so tender and juicy. Cheers mate 🍻
