😂😂 Schuey you've come a long way since this video. I just bought a pork belly and searched RUclips for "pork belly Schuey". This was the result. No smut. No throwing grill plates into the Weber. Did you have a beer sponsor back then? You looked pissed 😂😂 Not meant to be a negative comment. I thought it was hilarious

Hey Arthur Stock, just prop it up with some foil underneath it (make a golf ball sized piece of foil and place it in the very center of the pork belly underneath it). It is mainly to stop any juices pooling on the skin and stopping the crackle from forming. 🍻
Doing this today looks good but I got a question what do you do with the bottom side do you wipe the sauce off or just leave it as is? Keep the vids coming mate 😎🤙
That's correct Aaron Miller, the acidic levels of the tomato act as a tenderizer and by soaking only the meat in the tomato based sauce, the meat when cooked is so tender and juicy. Cheers mate 🍻
