Leave it to Kaylee to toss a wrench into your plans cause all her fabric is so gorgeous 😂 I really love the idea of it on sirens song. Atleast I know me and you keep her busy busy dying hahaha. Another great video hun.
I love Home Sweet Home! I checked the website and found: "This quaint design, adapted from art by Dianne Dengel, captures the image of an old married couple..." Your wheel of dragons is really cool. That's a lot of 310!
Love seeing all your WIPS. That wheel so many new starts. I might have to get on that wagon with you and start some new full coverage that I purchased and is just sitting on my desk. :)
All of your projects are so beautiful! I don't generally comment but have been watching your videos for a while now. It is wonderful to see how excited you were today, it shows how much better you are feeling! My favorite project to work on is called Boreal Forest by Stitches Sew Beautiful. I have a few other projects, but don't really want to pick them up 🤣
Thank you so much! Boreal Forest is gorgeous for sure...stitch what has you excited! The other projects will wait for you LOL. And yes, I was finally feeling better that day, thank you 🥰
I also Frankenstein my qsnaps to make 8x11 frames! That is my favorite size! 😊 I'm so glad you appreciate my humor 😂 Thank you so much for the shout out. I'm fangirling into the sun over here. 😮
Hi Jade! You are making great progress on some of your pieces! I think I would choose Posiedons Water for the Hawk Run. I think the purple on your pattern will blend into the purple fabric too much. Yes for using the Roxy Floss colours. I was wondering what you were going to use all those gorgeous flosses for. A couple videos ago you asked what I was working on and I forgot to answer you. I’ve been working on the monthly barn calendars from Twin Peak Primitive’s, Patriotic stitching and about 5 Samplers. I love Samplers!! You mentioned that you didn’t know what quite made a 1:26:59 sampler - seems no one has the same answer for that but it is often with alphabets and a repeating pattern of some sort. That being said, not all samplers have alphabets but the school girls (and a few boys) used the alphabets as a way to practice stitching. In my opinion, many of them have a house, flowers and birds and motifs. Miss you!
Hi! miss you too! Sorry for the delayed response...the comments often disappear on me and i can't find them aargh. You keep all the samplers with letters then 🤣🤣🥰
Hi Jade! Lovely to see you today. Early and additional floss tubes are always welcome from you. Love the dragon your daughter made for you from 3D printing. That stuff fascinates me. Seems like there are endless possibilities with 3D printing. Genius idea to imprint the DMC numbers on the floss drops. I have been trying to decide if I want to switch my entire DMC set to floss drops from bobbins but so much work, expense, and time to do so which would take away what small amount of stitching time I get so have delayed that decision. Beautiful socks. Love both colorways. I would love to try wool socks but am allergic to wool. I also have very sensitive feet (have had my entire life - my dad always used to compare my feet sensitivity to the Princess and the Pea LOL) so not sure if I could handle knitted socks or not. I tried crocheted socks and they were a no go since they hurt my feet to walk on them. I would love to watch you spin so you could do a video on spinning and I would definitely watch it. That art also fascinates me. Great progress on Veil of Death. The detail coming in already is phenomenal. Dragons looks amazing. I can hardly wait for you to start putting in all those gorgeous colors. Merry Mushroom Village is so cute. You always make such wonderful progress on your WIPs. The silver bag is absolutely stunning!!! I do so enjoy your channel and long videos are my jam since I sit and stitch while they are playing and actually get some stitching done. I am working on Pandemic by LDS for a 500 stitch/5 hour challenge to decide if I want to keep working on it (previously only had part of the border done) or not. After that I will continue working on O Holy Night by Design Works. Have a wonderful week with hopefully way less pain from your migraines. Happy crafting. Dawn in Texas
hi Dawn! great to hear from you🥰. I hear you on the converting to floss drops - I only did mine when i couldn't stitch; even now, many many of my floss drops from my master set are empty, because I can't be bothered to set up the floss until i need it...i'd rather be stitching! 🧵🤣. Did you know there is a sock sole called a Princess sole? It's knit kind of inside out, so you get the smooth stockinette on your skin and the bumps on the outside. Crochet socks are a no no for me too! I'd be happy to do a video while spinning, if i can figure out how to do the filming. What did you decide on Pandemic?
@@310Stitcher The Princess sole sock sounds very interesting. I am still up in the air on Pandemic so will stitch a little more of it. Previously I was only stitching the border but decided this time to actually do some of the inside of the border stitching and it was much interesting. I am trying to limit the colors to 4-5 so deciphering what everything is is quite interesting as well. Hope you have a very great week at the cabin!
Hi Fran, i'm so sorry - just saw your reply from a couple of weeks ago. It was stuck in "Held for Review" for some reason, which is kind of like a junk folder. My email address is the310stitcher@gmail.com. Please send me your address and I will send you your prize! sorry again for the delay
Amazing video! Omgoodness you have so much eye candy. Ive never finished a second sock. Lol. So many 1 socks have been knitted. All your full coverages are looking amazing. I still cant get over that dragon 310 one you and Ailarra are doing.mind BLOWN! Im so glad you like everything❤❤❤❤
Thank you so much! Love all your work - you have a wonderful gift. As for socks, 2nd sock syndrome is real! I have to cast on right away or they sit for months and months 😂. Send me your singles! I’ll finish them for you 😊
Love my socks as well just started making me some more. Have you ever used #2 or 1 fine yarn for your socks? I'm currently working on a lace top summer tee., from Interweave Knit Summer 2023. How much would your daughter charge or would she make floss drops, love what you have showed. Soon I'll be starting my 5th Dragon stitch. Number 4 will be in the mail in July after framing.
Knit all the socks! Socks don't count as wips LOL. Always have several pairs on the needles (I won't say how many sets of needles I have hehe). Yes, I use 1 and 2 fine yarn. I've even knit a pair with #3 yarn, but those I used only when I was curling to keep my feet warm. Thank you for your interest in my daughter's floss drops - she was focussing on making inventory for a market this past weekend (mostly dragons and other animals) but she is going to start making floss drops again and will add them to her store, so keep an eye out! 5 Dragons, woo! I haven't even finished 1 (Dragons of the Sabbat is my one and only right now) but I love dragons so much that I will probably end up with many more soon! Happy stitching!
As the world is trying to reduce its plastic consumption, it amazes me how many of us cross stitchers are relying more and more on plastic floss drops. I make mine out of Christmas cards and birthday cards. Reusing, reducing and a nice memory of people while I am stitching. They hold up super well and I can write the symbols on them and trade out for the next project.
I hear you, and don't disagree. I use the plastic ones because I want something durable that looks decent at the same time; I've used paper and plastic-coated playing cards and they haven't lasted more than a month or two. For my floss organizers, the cardboard ones i've been using are not great: they fuzz up the floss, they bend and fold, and you can only write on them once. I've started using the plastic ones because they will not be single-use plastics, but will last me as long as I am stitching, and will probably become my daughter's. Happy stitching 🥰
hi! thanks for watching ☺️. I do a really stretchy bind off that doesn't flare out - just ssk2tog all the way around...if you do get a bit of a flare you can skip every 4th or 5th ssk and do normal bo on those stitches. Happy knitting!

Oh thank you! I'm not sure why I kept thinking it was Abraham Hunter - thanks so much for that!
I like the blue fabric for the Hawk Run project. Beautiful stitching. Love seeing your progress. I understand needing a break from confetti stitching.
Yassss! You are back. Can’t wait to watch 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
aw, thank you so much! blushing over here ☺️
Either the blue or the green linen would ROCK with your Hawk Run Hollow. It seems as though you prefer the green…..SO GO FOR IT⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
i think i will go green! thanks 🤩

Please do! The more the merrier LOL. You can't take them with you, right? so may as well nstart them now 😁

@310Stitcher So is yours! I've been subbed to you forever, and every time you comment I squeal. 🤩
You are making great progress on your WIPs.
Thank you! 😊
Thanks. That’s similar to what I do but I haven’t tried to do regular BO on the 4th/5th stitch to prevent flare. I will try that. Thanks.
Yep- just have to play around with it a little 😀
