Hi, was putting the build you have together ingame and noticed that the Physician & Tactician both give Cleanse, couldn't the one point in Physician be used somewhere else.
I have noticed when i press ST macro it cancels the alternative bug,when i press again the ST macro it says "could not cancel anknown ability alternative treatment"..
+Tasos Xalaros When you automate functions like that with the "cast [notactive] modifier, you will end up getting some spam because the macro system will continually check that macro, and it will want to tell you that it can't turn an ability off that's already off, this is normal. What I do personally, is create another chat tab and put all of the ability/macro spam in it, then setup my others to ignore it. This way its out of sight out of mind. Unfortunately there is another option if you want to automate the use of Alternative Treatment. Hope that helps!
raid heals is my main spec on my rogue and my guild is currently in t3- I tweaked this build a bit and instead of putting a point into bio feedback i put it into Antiseptic, also instead of putting a point into adrenaline shot i put that 2nd point in antiseptic as well. I have not tried this out yet in raid setting but its supposed to increase healing/shields by 2% which may not be a lot but i am looking for any way to boost those heals at this point. what say you cd? :)
+bcaslake1984 You can remove the point from Biofeedback with no issues. It's just there for a powerful healing cooldown in the event a tank healer dies and you need to step in. The point taken out of Adrenaline Shot however, I would not advise. When I play PhysTact there are a lot of times I'm using that thing almost off cooldown to make sure to keep people up. It's an invaluable skill, and keep in mind the damage/healing bonuses you get from the tree are typically additive, meaning they aren't actually worth as much as they say they are. By all means though, experiment and see what works best for you. For your particular usage you may not need either of those skills. =)
+ChamberDown i made the following tweaks to this build- i took the points out of bio, out of improved urgent care and residual care (all the single pointers on left side) and put the points 5 into Antisceptic, 1 into adrenaline shot (I ended up keeping this) and put the rest of the points into gene amplification. So now i have 4/5 gene amp. I am assuming that in my group the ST heals will be semi competent and be able to keep up singles while i work my magic on the group. Based on these changes alone I saw my hps increase by around 7-10k depending on fight. nice :) bcaslake is my bf's account btw lol didnt realized i was logged in on his last night.

I just tested this just to be sure, and it is indeed additive. meaning the 5% healing increase is actually a total 2.2% increase. It's still signficant though, and you don't lost anything other than some ST healing capability. Definitely viable =)
I'm having an issue with the macros, specifically "cancelbuff Alternative Treatment". It works as long as the buff is active, but if it is not I get spammed in my chat box with it not being able to cancel unknown buff. And the line "cast [notactive] Alternative Treatment" doesn't work at all. I just got lvl 44, so I just got the buff, but I restarted my client, and still I have an issue. Anyone have any ideas?

The way I personally remedy this, is I drop all the spam in a separate tab of the chat window. You can hit the "+" tab and label it spam, then add the errors to that particular window. i have a question ... i noticed when i am building this spec .. there are some other tact skills that also increase healing why not use them instead of some other skills ... like do we really need to use the knockback skill instead of increased healing by 3% per rank ?

Anyway, the reason you take the knockback is just for filler points, you have to unlock the tier before you can move on, and there comes a few times in the tact tree where a few points get "wasted" to get to the good ones at the top. sorry for the late reply man! *EDIT* I guess I did reply to you, just not on this thread. haha! my fault!
+vphokis 0:30 in it shows you the soul tree breakdown in 1080p. You may need to manually set your youtube to scale correctly, as sometimes youtube takes a moment to render.
+Andy Macdowall You could swap that point to "Torrent Primer" (I assume that's what you meant) if you want to, but this build is designed to use your HoT finishers, so the only time "Torrent Primer" would be usable is if.. 1.) There was a lull and you didn't need to use your raid healing spam, and you had time to DPS 2.) Group Therapy -or- Curative Blast didn't need refreshing Now normally raid healers don't have the luxury of moving to a full dps rotation, and the only time it's even effective is in an AoE situation, since with single target, using "Viral Infection" and then using regular healing will be more effective. The only time I would say taking that point in "Torrent Primer" would be seriously beneficial would be if you use this build in Nightmare Rifts, since there are large pack after pack waves of mobs, and the raid doesn't typically require a lot of healing in early stages. So it could be hugely beneficial there. However in that case, I recommend you use TactPhys instead, which is utilizes "Curative Torrent" making that "Torrent Primer" pickup much more beneficial. I carry 3 healing specs on my rogue, PhysTact, TactPhys, and full Physician. Hope that helps!

you could also take a point from paramedic training and advanced medical studies and Max out reverse genetics .

You could use the command /supressmacrofailures as the second line in your macros, right after the #show line.
I haven't messed with it in a while, but supress macro failures used to not remove the chat erros, only the red errors displayed on screen.
