I can't wait to try this Stack and Whack method. I can see making these for all my future journals. This is definitely in my top 4 favorites of all the collaborations videos as of day 17. Thanks for participating in the collaboration and for sharing your creativity with us.
I love that this system makes it so easy to create beautiful collaged tags. I especially liked the ones with the circles - it created a kind of spotlight effect. This will really help me to minimize the fussing over choices and placement. I'm so glad that you shared this!!! I agree that the tags looked even better with the brown paper "matting" - they were just beautiful!!! I'm going to copy them, then try some on my own.
How lovely! And how doable. I have a How to Make a Whack-A-S🎉tack quilt book, which I've enjoyed looking at over the years, each time thinking, "In your dreams!" But your splendid tags might just fulfill a wish. Thank you. 🎉
Hello Gez, I have been dying to see what the Stack and wack was all about. Just ADORE your tags. I will have to give them a go and add them to my journal. Just wonderful to have you as part of this collaboration. Hugs xxoo
I love this technique, it's great for using up those really 'busy' papers that we wouldn't normally use in card making or junk journaling! Although these papers are absolutely stunning, I think I would hoard them rather than chop them! 🤣💕Thanks for sharing 💞
Wowzer what a GREAT idea to make tag stash!! I LOVE the idea of cutting and being committed to sort using your method and do not change a thing with the sort. It will work out!! Takes all the stress out of the project. Can't wait to make these.
Excited about the collaboration! And I love the tags you’ve made, especially the birds. And stitching just really brings them to life I think! Thanks for sharing!
Thanks Gez, love each of your whack "n" stacks, reminds me of my cardmaking days. So hard to choose between them all but if I had to, it would be the matted unstitched for me. xxx
Really love the way they all turned out but adding the matting and stitching really took them to the next level ❤
