Terrifer 3 Is So Intense One of the Actors Almost Threw Up

- Terrifier 3 is so intense that one of the actors almost threw up while filming. Actor David Howard Thornton, who plays Art the Clown, had trouble getting through one of the kill scenes. Director Damien Leone called the scene one of the most Most Insanely Horrific Scenes they’ve ever shot and it looks like it got the best of our main villain. He also said that the first five minutes of the more are extremely intense and this coming from the mind behind the last 2 movies which pushed the boundary of gore. Like the Terrifier 2 bedroom scene.

I'm so tired of seeing this type of comment. The movies are campy and fucking dumb. Come to me after you've pulled a 11 yo boys body out of a flipped over trailer home from a tornado. Or when you're picking peices of a motorcyclist up who didn't see the car coming on the bypass. Or maybe the 300lb guy who died in a trashed out trailer with no ventilation and set for 2 weeks in Arkansas summer.
As a fireman, I really hate these comments. Like, people get to pretend they're seeing such gore! They're so naughty! So tough. Gore doesn't affect them. Even gore sites don't mean shit. Holding a someone as they stop being a person and turn into a responsless husk of meat, having someone scream at you as you try and reassure them eventhough you know damn well it isn't ok. Crawling through a crashed out car while a victim is crying and screaming they're blind and bleeding from their eyes due to glass.
These comments are fucking stupid, and you should feel a little dumb for making them. In general, you are so fucking sheltered and coddled by other people actually expirincing shit like this that you can make these "jokes" as if you have any bearing on what any of this shit is actually like.
The movies is for fucking babies, and the actor is either a gaint pussy or fucking lying. Either way, all this hype in the comments is really getting to me for some reason. Maybe it's the lack of sleep, or the mental stress of the job, or just that I'm an asshole who can't let people have fun. Either way, shut the hell up.
i dont think terrifier is a good example the bedroom scene was so unrealistic
Terrifier 2 bedroom scene was way more brutal than every single scene combined in 3
idk bro the shower scene was pretty damn brutal
@@rmtactica yes the shower scene and scenes with the children, rats, etc were very brutal. Some are very violent and sadistic over the top.

I thought the shower scene was better. It's all subjective.

@@AndrewNeighboursYes he said the smell of the scenes 😂
Nah, none of them superseded the bedroom kill. There were some good ones though. The first 10 minutes were not nearly as bad as they said it would be.

@@PLUNG3DIf you know Art's origin story, it all ties together.
They're blowing this way out of proportion to get the hype for the film up. The gore didn’t make him almost puke, he said they were filming a particularly long day on one kill scene and the ‘smell of the props’ almost made him puke.

I guess some people are desensitised to this stuff I must admit though the guy who plays art plays the part so well and makes you really want the characters to find a way to stop him- I’ve seen all hallows eve (arts first appearance) and the first terrifier they were horrific but for some reason I am kind of tempted to see the next two as well to see how extreme things get and how they find a way to stop art…
if i meet a man and he says his favorite movie is terrifier, i am running in the others direction as fast as i can.
Lol well I tell people it’s my favorite horror clown movie, I like art a little more than I do pennywise, penny is an alien that eats kids but art is truly sadistic and he’s way more “scary” because he’s completely silent, just better character design IMO but IT did have better story to it of course
@@jekyllthebeast783I can understand where you’re coming from the movies, when i hear Pennywise I tend to think of the book version which is closer to an eater of worlds. Honestly if they’d cinamatize that version of him I feel like he’d be much closer to an Art The Clown type villain

Theres going to either 5 or 6 in the series in total before it ends according to Leone.
It's funny how an independent film company can make a real horror movie unlike the shit that major movie studios in Hollywoke churns out regularly......
Don't forget about All Hallows Eve, the film before Terrifier
Part 2 has a particularly vicious kill I wish I could forget, so you're lucky you haven't seen it! 😭💀
Part 2 was way more brutal too
It can be as gory as it wants but there is never a plot to these movies.
My only complaint to the movies lol
Because the creator just wants to make a snuff film and normalize it.
2 has a plot watch dead meat
How is there no plot you absolute numpty? Of course there's a plot ya melon
2 and 3 have plots and it’s interesting honestly. Art the clown conjures demons to help him fight Sienna as shes “special” and apparently chosen by God to combat the evil that Art has conjured into the world. So now you have good vs evil, and the demonic inhabiting body’s to accompany Art in order to defeat Gods chosen warrior Sienna. Part 4 looks like they’ll be going into hell to rescue a little girl. This movie has definitely found itself a plot. It’s interesting atleast to me now that they’ve gone that route. I’m very happy they didn’t decide to just leave it as an (Art goes out to kill movie) that rinses and repeats. I think you need to maybe watch the movies part 2 and 3 again if you didn’t catch the plot.

Imagine Terrifier 3 gets an NC17 rating
Nah they make these movies with every intent to be as gruesome as possible that a rating is basically pointless. We all know by now that these movies are gonna be f#cked up and we don’t need a rating to tell us that.
If this were the 70s and 80s, every one of these movies would’ve been slapped with an X rating. There would be no uncensored mainstream theatrical release of this movie like we enjoy the benefit of today. I mean look at the Friday the 13th movies in the 80s. Not a single one of them escaped the chopping block for gore. Terrifier wouldn’t stand a chance to make 3 theatrical features without making some extreme compromises.
Terrifier 2 was technically unrated. Unrated could have NC-17 material; however, the theater chain decides if they will card people for Unrated movies. This allows viewers under 17 to see an NC-17 movie.
However, if Terrifier 2 was rated NC-17, only people 17 could see it, and it would be a nightmare to check everyone's ID's.
Now everyone will be going to see Terrifier 3 just to try & guess which scene it will be that made David so uneasy

opening scene is the least butal imo
At this point how is anybody watching terrifier for fun, I feel like it’s gonna fall off soon
I watched it in theaters,I gotta say, WAY BETTER,much more gore, bigger budget, and blood that doesn’t look like ketchup (not spoiling😁)
