Terrifier is the best gore film of the modern era in my opinion. I really love the graphic nature of it and its realism. I havent been this excited about a horror film since "jungle holocaust" and the SAW movies came out. 😎👍
This was so much gore in the beginning, I was almost ready to go home and wait for streaming. This has to be the BEST horror film in I do not know how long, this has 1970's vibes.... I freaking loved it, you forget how long it is... This will have the largest cult following of gore fans to date...
He will go down in history as one of the best. He's not allowing money and the growing franchise to sway his genius and passion. He knows what he wants and he's honestly chose the best route to take terrifer down. I'm so so excited for the future of this film. Bravo!! Seeing it for the 3rd time on the 11th. I want to see the entire trilogy in cinema. Every year.
@kyloren8133 he loves his creation more than the money. Not everyone has a price tag. He had a chance to accept alot more money to change it already and said no. Why would he do that when he's made a box office smash without compromising his vision.
@kyloren8133 no logic in that at all...he didn't accept more money when he's still up and coming and needs the money...why would he do it in ten years as a even more established name and along side the greats.. makes 0 sense.
@@wordswithwisdom7448 It is not about logic. money is money. If he comes up with another film or story anything goes. stop acting like you it is a sure thing in the future.
Terrifier 2 made me tight to the stomach for days after watching it. I watched it on my phone first, then after a couple months I had the guts to rewatch it on the TV. The scenes were burned in my brain for weeks after. Eventually I was able to distract myself with hobbies long enough to get him out of my head rent free. Then Damien goes and releases Terrifier 3 trailer, and I legitimately had a few nightmares about art the clown in my house the following nights. Once of him on a tv screen, another of him riding my stationary bike still a tree (he was in a Santa costume). Never have I ever had uncomfortable dreams of Horror characters not even after watching IT. But Art, yes. So after successfully making my stomach a brick, making it uneasy to eat certain food, and having me questioning my own sanity, and having him enter my sleep. I watched the 2nd one when I turned 18, but now I'm 21 and fully understand what Art is about, so can he really disturb me anymore than he already has. I am ready!
That bit about David Thornton is so interesting, because he's actually the protege of the late, great Stefan Karlson, and it actually REALLY does show if you pay close attention. Like, if you bring up a clip of Art the Clown messing with people and doing silly things and compare to Robie Rotten gags and routines, you REALLY can see a common body language and acting method. One is just more clown than villain and the other is more villain than clown.
What a legend already love how humble he is such a great guy and he is such a great film maker and I’m glad he’s getting all this success couldn’t happen to a better person 👍🏻

Terrifier is the best gore film of the modern era in my opinion. I really love the graphic nature of it and its realism. I havent been this excited about a horror film since "jungle holocaust" and the SAW movies came out. 😎👍
What an incredible film maker. Definitely has my attention!
This guy is amazing so humble and with such integrity. An absolute breath of fresh air
Great interview.
He just solidified himself as one of the best horror directors ever
I actually met damien he is one of the most genuine nicest people I am so happy for him
Got my tickets for tonight and tomorrow night , I seriously can’t wait
Saw it last night. Super fun 😄 😀 😊 😁
Watched it yesterday and def lived up to the hype. LOVED IT!!!
Every year.
Until the studio offers him 100 million. lol.
@kyloren8133 he loves his creation more than the money. Not everyone has a price tag. He had a chance to accept alot more money to change it already and said no. Why would he do that when he's made a box office smash without compromising his vision.
@@wordswithwisdom7448 yeah maybe now. But just wait in 10 years.
Everyone involved in this movie rule everyone did a good great job you all have created a masterpiece!!
I am ready!
Hope you enjoyed the movie and your dreams are peaceful
Sook
I loved this interview. Great job! good to take a step back from prowrestling to focus on others things, man.
Part 2 was at least 30 MINS 2 LONG & I actually found it 2 GORY in parts!x
What a legend already love how humble he is such a great guy and he is such a great film maker and I’m glad he’s getting all this success couldn’t happen to a better person 👍🏻
Nothing but respect for him staying true to the craft 🤘🏼🔥🤘🏼🔥
Is it just me or are the special effects for the Terrifier films just getting better and better? I mean they are INSANELY GREAT!!!! really I mean they are just nuts
I went and watched last night. It was AWESOME! I really thought they made this one more of an actual movie and it had a lot more character development. No question, this was the best of the franchise! Must see if you havent
Damien is a horror icon for creating ART the clown and this world congratulates on all your success mam im a die hard horror fan but your movies are next level disturbing and next level amazing and no help for Hollywood would never do or go too the limits you have broke the barriers of horror is and can be
This and Hell House are at the top of my list for horror movie franchises. Terrifier being my favorite though. Art is the perfect villain. Love the synth wave music especially in the 2nd one too!!
🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐 been fw terrifier since 2016. dont even remember how i found out about it but ur the GOAT damien.
hell yeah, dude. me, and my daughter are going as Art & the pale girl for Halloween.
1:34 bro people love lore and theories. Look at FNAF after all these years…Literally arguing about if something happened in 1983 or 1987. Just over little details thats don’t really matter. The writer Scott Cawthon I feel over convolutes on purpose because that’s what the fans have shown to love and love to hate lol. So more lore and puzzles and mysteries to solve I think is the secret sauce to longevity, topped with actual great writing and rich stories/characters… ☝🏻
Terrifier 3 was amazing. I'm not crazy for 1, but 2 and 3 are a huge step up. They feel like they fit in so naturally with the classic slashers without tapping into nostalgia or rip-off in any way. I hope 4 is just as good
Terrifier 3 was absolutely incredible. Idk how he'll top it . Outstanding
So proud of Damien Leone he knows the classics and loves the greats like Savini, Bottine, Nicetero, etc.
Going tonight to see it, can’t wait
he’s really an incredible person, just admirable and inspiring
