I am 70 years old and considered to be something of grouch. Although I have dozens of food related videos among my You Tube play lists I have never written a fan letter in my life. I have been binge watching this series for three days. I find Frankie to be wildly entertaining, creative, most importantly, educational. I mean, sheet pan rice? I have been telling all my friends about this sie. I hope you stick around. You are one of a kind!
I adore this series, and I am an experienced cook. I wish Frankie would come out with a Struggle Meals book. I’d purchase it for every newbie home chef I know. He’d be raking in the dough.
These recipes are insanely creative and healthy. I'm kind of in shock here, because I've been cooking for decades and you're opening my brain to so many new ideas. (Although I will argue that you count on your viewers having a pretty well stocked pantry/spice cabinet. Also, the condiment stealing, LOL. My late mother approves.)
I made the loaded sweet potato recipe and it was SO delicious! I went and bought two more potatoes so that I can make it again. I got filled up with one and a half so this is really a bang for my buck. Thanks Frankie
We made the swoodles and meatballs this last week and it was pretty good! The almond butter did seem a little bitter but created a nice consistency. To break up the bitter I added some Worcester sauce and it was perfect! The sweet potato noodles were pretty hard to make so I would recommend using a spiralizer if you have one.
Please make more seasons of this show! I just started watching today and I am absolutely charmed. It's a great guide for those that need a little inspiration and have a low budget.
Tried a breakfast variety slider with bacon and egg, delicious. Next time thinking about adding maple syrup as a sauce, hopefully as good as I think it will be.
Love your shows, funny, intelligent, fast, entertaining and healthy. You are awesome, capturing, I have been binge watching them myself. Please stay on and stay inspiring, and yes, maybe come out with a book. 😊
I love your recipes! You really know how to bring unique flavors out of common ingredients. I made the Swoodles tonight and I was a little hesitant at first, but i took one bite and changed my mind right away--thank you!!!
I always add spinach when cooking lean turkey. It gives up moisture as it cooks and keeps things nice an moist. Also have a young child that I need to hide veggies from .
Hi Franky, I love your videos. I made some sweet potato skins with my twist. Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese with leftover veggies and salmon! Thank for inspiring me!
I think another way is to toss the diced up cubes of it in olive oil, salt, pepper, and optional spices like paprika or even Garam masala spice then roast in the oven for 40 minutes at 375 F. Great side to savory proteins or other dishes
Frankie I just happen to have 3 sweet potatoes that I now know what to Do with them. I watch.your videos all.the time. Made the recipe you had about warm beet salad--😋 delicious😎
Frankie your meatballs looked delicious.... would you consider making a video with vegetarian meatballs for non meat eaters ... please ... a faithful watcher 👧
Rewatched this one yesterday. I had forgotten about the slider bun bit. Doing that for lunch today. I'm only cooking for me, but will get five meals out of this one large sweet potato.
I tried this and my meatballs fell apart (because my skills are non existent). I saved a few meatballs and made ground turkey with the ones that fell apart. In the end, I liked the swoodles with the ground turkey. Every bite had a lil bit of meat. My plans with the left over ground meat is to put some on a baked sweet potato to create a loaded one. Thanks Frankie for all you do and please keep the videos coming.
Thank you SO much for the Swoodle recipe! I can't eat starches (with the exception of potatoes) due to health issues but I still love your series. You are so entertaining. And today you actually created a couple of meals I can eat! Yay!!
I found you after reading something on the healthy centenarian Okinawan diet which is based on sweet potatoes and not rice like in the rest of Japan. I'm going to try these. Thanks.
I saw your videos on snapchat(some of them dont have the recipes with it I'm going to check the website later). I was curious if there was a RUclips channel and there is! New subscriber
I grow sweet potatoes. The greens are also edible. This means sweet potato will feed you all season long. Sweet potatoes are very easy to grow as well. This would mean your sweet potatoes are almost free.
I'm sure you can get them cheaper at LIDL, which you have in France. Here in the Netherlands they cost €2,19 a kilo (4 pieces I think?), can't be that much of a difference.
Loving this series! I would probably sprinkle the fries with a little ground coriander and have a side of dipping aioli of mayo, lemon juice, and garlic. But that might put it a bit over the $2 limit.
I watched his show and such great ideas to save money but as I am watching he does not give you exact measurement of the ingredients nor does he gives us the temperature of the oven.. Such as, twice baked sweet potatoes, how long in the oven and at what temp., and same for the meatballs, finish cooking in the oven for how long and whats temp????????

He sure would!
@ApexMantra Miguel Barclay has several cookbooks that are all less than £1 per serving.
This guy exudes so much chaotic energy
Frankie, you're darling, funny and a wonderful chef and teacher! I so enjoy every video you make.
i think i’ve seen you on tv

I've never been a big sweet potato person, but this spaghetti recipe changed my life. Thanks, Frankie!
I'm just here to read people's complaints about trying to buy 24 cents worth of garlic.
Three part plan to success
1. Use these recipes to save your money.
2. Buy rotating light with saved money
3. Hold up light when you yell LIT
I've never been a huge fan of sweet potatoes, but those thrice-baked boats might just win me over. Thanks, Frankie!
This is the best series on the platform even when I can’t eat specific things, it sure does give me ideas
Never stop making these. Modern day Alton Brown imo.

Love your shows, funny, intelligent, fast, entertaining and healthy. You are awesome, capturing, I have been binge watching them myself. Please stay on and stay inspiring, and yes, maybe come out with a book. 😊
For the thrice baked sweet potatoes, you should have gotten the half n half from the dairy creamer in the packet drawer. 😎
Sadie Sadie Married Lady yesssss

I have really become a fan of your RUclips videos. I have learned a lot.
In had a sweet potato tonight baked. It was delicious but I have never considered making spanoodles...LOL! I must try later this week.
Hi Franky, I love your videos. I made some sweet potato skins with my twist. Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese with leftover veggies and salmon! Thank for inspiring me!

Struggle vegan meals. He could a whole season out of this.
I'm pretty sure we could use the falafel recipe he made in a previous episode to substitute them. :)
O.o I think there is a law against making meatballs out of vegetarians!
try it with seitan, just substitute the lean meat for gluten flour+water and boil before frying and baking.
My favorite meatballs are made either using lentils or cooked eggplant! Nom!
Rewatched this one yesterday. I had forgotten about the slider bun bit. Doing that for lunch today. I'm only cooking for me, but will get five meals out of this one large sweet potato.
Sweet potato boats are my fav struggle meal yet! I didn't have chicken so I subbed in a little prosciutto. Yum!!

You're fabulous AND talented! Subbed! Thank you!

Frankie is a BIG pan flip guy. Although with this one there might have been a little too much in that pan haha
Had the chance to call them swaghetti & yeetballs...
My favorite sweet potato dish is sweet potato gnocchi!
I love your show!!! Very innovative and informative! ❤😍😍

I Loveee every single episode of you and also, you Frankie!!! 😘😁
New intro is growing on me...slowly.

I found you after reading something on the healthy centenarian Okinawan diet which is based on sweet potatoes and not rice like in the rest of Japan. I'm going to try these. Thanks.
Dang I'm gonna end up making all of these. :x
sweet potato gnocchi is my go to, but they always end up being a little too sticky to handle. any tips?
Watching him salt the water made me expect Poseidon to show up. #ripFrankiesWorld
I've said it before, I'll say it again. BEST SHOW ON RUclips RIGHT NOW. #teamswoodle
frankie out here sounding like my boy bubbles
Only cooking videos i like to watch
Uhm that swoodle idea is genius!
7:08 it looks like he’s trying to separate the egg but just ends up losing it 😂
I was wondering if anyone would call him out on that
I think he does that to make sure there's no shell
yeah, at that moment I was like "why are you letting it through fingers if you're putting a whole egg anyway" ; D
I thought the white of his short was an Apron for like half the video.
Same
I came to the comments just to make sure I wasn't alone in this. "Why does he have his apron tied like that?"
Cut it in wedges or circular, deep fry it and sprinkle with brown sugar and let it caramelise... Boom!
I saw your videos on snapchat(some of them dont have the recipes with it I'm going to check the website later). I was curious if there was a RUclips channel and there is! New subscriber
I love u your awesome and FUN!
This video is trippy when you're high dude
I grow sweet potatoes. The greens are also edible. This means sweet potato will feed you all season long.
Sweet potatoes are very easy to grow as well. This would mean your sweet potatoes are almost free.
dude why are you not on Cooking channel or food network
Wow, they look so good 🤤🤤🤤... But I cannot eat sweet potatoes anymore 😭😭
You can see on Frankie's face how much he loves the joke at 2:37
Bring back Frankie’s World
I dislike sweet potatoes...just here for Frank. Lol
Cool clock.
Just to be sure, your heat measurements are in F, right? Cause out here in Taiwan we use C and I don't wanna burn my house down, thanks!
In France, a single sweet potatoe costs 3€ 😑 (3,5$ if I am not wrong)
I'm sure you can get them cheaper at LIDL, which you have in France. Here in the Netherlands they cost €2,19 a kilo (4 pieces I think?), can't be that much of a difference.
WOW I wonder why so expensive?
@@Ronoez i love lidl!...im glad they are in America now.
That is crazy! Yesterday I purchased 6 for about $1.70us.
I like this guy but honestly if you shop and cook food is pretty affordable unless you buy steak and lobster
The camera cuts are killing me, but other than that I love the concept. Food looks great!
i dont even eat but i still watch every episode of this 😂
Lean meat is more expensive in my country but sweet potatoes are very cheap.
Swaghetti with Neatballs.
First glance I thought you had an apron on.
Loving this series! I would probably sprinkle the fries with a little ground coriander and have a side of dipping aioli of mayo, lemon juice, and garlic. But that might put it a bit over the $2 limit.
I don't have an oven or microwave :'(
Me neither! Washing all those pots and pans is the worst part about it :-(
So funny!!!
They best Frankie , 3rd
