Hi Julie. It is remarkable that you are speaking Italian at a conversational level! 👏 How many hours per day are you investing into that? You are truly an inspiration. I also wanted to say that it is a joy to see how you interact with your husband. You guys are a lovely couple!
One of these days, when all the decorating is done and your language skills are finely honed, you are going to take a class in Italian Cooking! ! Molto bene!
It was fun to see the longer video with more details I started following your Italian journey with the first videos of your little house. I love what you have done with it and love seeing the flea markets and towns around your village.
When you said your husbands cousin lives in Italy the first person I thought of was Nikki in Positano……😘but she’s just your friend. You and she have AMAZING videos and I absolutely love both❤❤❤❤
Beatify views and congratulations on your new home in Italy. Great husband on doing his research. Thank you both, for bringing this channel and making the jump. Not easy I am sure. 😊
Was feeling a little down today. Guess who popped up on my feed? Can't be sad with that infectious personality and zest for life. Thank you for making my day better
Thank you Luke for coming to your wife’s rescue, but it looked like you were a bit too late. Julie looked soaked. Beautiful place to wind down, get a great cup of coffee and snuggle up with a great book.

Loved this episode, Julie. Your lovely rooms are coming along and I admire you for keeping it authentically Italian. I feel as if Ive stepped back in time!🥰
I'm new here. I love it! There's so much content you could break it up into sections. I say that only because I couldn't get enough of tile/sink shopping, plans for the house, great hiking/ski resort and ,mostly the food.
Love your videos, but music when you're talking is distracting. I like to see how the interiors are coming along. Pretty exciting to see the kitchen project. Thank you for sharing your life.
Luke is there with you!!! I was wondering when he would see the house and all the town! I came to see this channel after finishing watching all Mapperton live videos :)

Love the bathroom vanity ❤ the updates turned out just gorgeous. mixing the antique cabnet with the modern sink and the paint color, I just love it !!! I had thought you'd said you picked out chrome facet fixtures for the shower and sink 🤔 but mabey I think I'd change out those brass draw and door pulls on the vanity for chrome 😉 😊 but what ever you decide I am sure it will all come together and look just beautiful ❤ Much like you, I too am a bather rather than shower 🚿 preferably 😀 😉 😊 As i said earlier I realy am enjoying your new Italian channel 😀 thanks for sharing your adventures with us you tube viewers much love Michigan USA 🇺🇸
I got all my furniture from pre_loved stores, painted them and used designer fabric offcuts for cushions and I love all of it so much more than if Id bought my stuff from a commercial store. I love the sink vanity unit already.😊🇬🇧 p.s. I painted my furniture in Farrow and Ball old white too, high fives.

Hi Julie, Love your channels! A while back you unveiled a abstract painting where the colours depicted the land and area around your little Italian house. Could your replay that section or let me know which episode it was on and the artist. It was sublime! I want to come visit and do some paintings of the area myself! Thanks in advance! Louise
Not me watching and thinking wow she bought another house in Italy 😂😂😂😂 but also having deja vu and thinking why did she buy almost the exact same house 😂😂😂🤦🏽♀️ anyway, I still love to watch!! ❤

How did you find Fivizano
Is that where her place is? I wondered what beach they use, 👋

So your place is soooo cute! But when you say your house; does it mean it is not Luke’s?
I was surprised to see Malcolm with a mask on!
Did you ever find out if the basement belongs to you?

What.are Italy beers like? When I was in Italy I only drank wine because their wines are so good, didn't even think of beer.
Hi Julie, is there a train station there?
How long have you been learning Italian?
when this video was filmed.. only for a year.
Julie did you buy a car or rent when you're in Italy? Just wondering where you park it when you're home.
I rent! xx Julie

Wondering if you happened to notice evidence of mountain biking on your hike.
It’s pronounced Fi-viTz-zano the first “z” makes a “tss”sounds. Hope that helps ☺️
