Hello, this comment comes from someone who speaks Spanish, I found a solution and it is to hold down the volume + button and the power button for 30 seconds and when the icon appears low battery just turn it off and let it charge for 15 minutes then turn it on.
Yeah, my X3 Pro had this issue as well. Service centre replaced the motherboard/cpu under warranty. I thought it's permenantly fixed but guess what? It's back after a few months of fixing, now it's out of warrranty, I am not bothered with Poco anymore. I am going to Samsung or Apple. Xiaomi cheaps out too much on hardware.
@motupatlunewcatoon If you got a Poco, please backup good memories like photos and videos soon to computer or cloud storage. You never know when this may happen to you.

Took my brother's poco x3 pro into an autotized xiaomi collection point because of the same issue, no power. Luckily, his phone is just 11 months old and the warranty is still running. After a week, I got a call and they said that the problem with my brothers x3 pro is its motherboard and theres no available parts atm in their warehouse so they offered me to just change my brother's unit to a brand new Redmi Note 10 pro. We took it because my lil bro need the phone ASAP for schooling badly. It is what it is

effing stupid poco, after the 13 miui update my phone been shutting down randomly, u think im gonna hold the power button every time i wanna play my phone? thats stupid. my phone prob gonna be dead anytime soon. n my warranty is ded ald. tried every solutions i found on google. deleting xiaomi apps update, updating security app, deleting apps to free space. nothing works

@@sirfstoner7421 i ald solved my problem from this comment, i just simply need to turn off the fingerprint unlock. i think it may have a glitch or something from the fingerprint making it detects touch randomly and causing my phone to shut down. but for your problem, i think it may be because of the custom rom you installed not being compatible with your poco. or have you been using ur custom rom for a long time. im no expert but i think you can try to uninstall ur custom rom first.
