I'm an average 14 years old hooper, i started play basketball 1 years ago and now im not a starter, i freeze up when it comes to play, i make bad decisions and i completely lost in the court. I train as much as I can and technically im good, i can shot, i can go to the rim or make assist, grab some rebounds but I can't still make the team, I have limited ninutes and I average 4 ppg. How can I explode out my real potential? In training i play well, I'm relaxed but in games i have so much pressure and idk how to deal with it
@@rivas9701 confidence is about 70% of basketball. How you can unlock your full potential is just playing more than you are now. Play everyday warm or cold outside. Dribble and shoot non stop. Confidence will come with the training you put in because playing basketball feels natural if you have a good rhythm
@@rivas9701 similar situation with me, I'm in 9th grade and got cut during tryouts. Just keep working on your skills and honing your game, Kobe said that if you practice 2-3 hours per day, you will improve drastically. So just maximize the time you put into and you will see results
It's very much like FIBA basketball. The foundation that opens you the full individual spectrum of the game is to be a threat from the shot. That forces the defense to take risks and it's possible to take advantage of, after breaking the first line of defense you read the adjustments and repeat to until the advantage can be taken.
Aye Cole thank you for the video just had a game tonight and implemented the zero seconds decision. It worked great! Please drop a hip mobility routine for bball players! 🙏🙏
“It’s like they’re making the decision before they even catch it” uh, yeah. Thats literally what it is. You read the defense and decide to position yourself accordingly in order to be able to be as threatening as possible. Every sport is like this at the higher levels.
Let me know what questions you guys have about your game, training, anything!! ⬇

So if it’s not a close out situation, what do I look for now that I can’t just work off they’re momentum?

" By any means basketball " you guys are the best. You're more than just RUclips coaches. This was really helpful
this is actually my system for AAU. We called it .5 decision making. Shoot, drive, pass, or scan on the catch. Great post
Fire!!
shouldnt u first scan on the catch to decide if its better to shoot drive or pass
@@mark2700_ Before the catch. Read the sequence leading up to your catch, especially if it's a set play
A very great content . Your work is a gift to the basketball community ❤
