This topic is quite relevant and interesting at the same time. As a matter of fact, my MBA thesis was focussed on the role played by leadership in organizations to motivate employees and by extension organizational performance. From my findings leadership is an overly determinant factor in organizational performance. As such, I concluded that there is a direct correlation between leadership, motivation and organisational performance
