Great old time radio program. Thank you for the posting of these great old classics. Heard them as a child and now thanks to you I can do it all over again. 👴
It seemed like all of America went to this show to forget about the war for a small time. Great music and silliness and a nice warmth from a group at Fibber McGee and Molly!
What a gem to find during these awfully confused and desperate times. Thank you for posting the joys of yesteryear that I was fortunate enough to grow up in. Merry Christmas! 🎄👍.
Diane...you're lucky to have experienced these simpler, happier times! It is really remarkable when you realize that we were at war and the outcome was not clear at this time.
@@robt5818 Families, friends, neighbors all stuck together and helped each other during those times. It was natural and common to find everyone in church on Sundays praying for each other and our country because that’s just the way we did things back then, we put our faith in God and we put our trust in our neighbors because you knew you could count on each other when things got tough. Just sitting home together as a family during the holidays listening to the radio and all the great shows they had on was a wonderful time especially during the holidays, and even when things were tough and you didn’t know where your next meal was going to come from half the time somehow things always worked out and when it didn’t it didn’t really matter because family meant everything and your faith in God and country were the top priority! How things have changed, sadly I must say. But this is still the greatest country in the world and I’m praying to God that the pendulum will swing back and the people of America will wake up and realize that once you remove God from the equation everything will crumble. No matter what they say in this new “woke “culture we live in you cannot erase God with an edict. May our days, months, and years ahead be blessed and may God Almighty heal our nation. 🙏🇺🇸.
Love these old time radio programs. Love Fibber an Molly my favorite show
Great show. Takes you back and sort of get an idea of what it was like to live back then.

Had to be a hard thing to go through! People today don't seem to grasp the reality of it all. I only know through my grandparents and what I can read.

Radio days would have been a great time in history to experience. So glad to help bring back some memories.
