Good informational video. I like to watch videos where chickens, ducks and geese are in the background. It's great hearing them vocally. I especially love to hear roosters crow. LOL
As a musician, Nashville was the only place to be. I stole my mom's car 40 years ago and drove it straight to Tennessee and never looked back. Of course, as a musician, I had to move back home a time or two though. I'm hoping some day to get a place of my own. Just kidding. I lucked out!
Real estate prices are ridiculous. I bought my townhome here in Florida 12 years ago and they are selling around me now for over 5 times what I paid for it. The problem is if I sell it then what. I gotta live somewhere.
Yeah, gotta live somewhere. This is why real estate is in a mess. Prices and mortgage rates are sky high. If you, anyone, sells then you can't buy anything close to what you already have.

The outsiders have moved in and are surrounding me! HELP. I don't know why a permit is required to set off fireworks, the injuries and the fires these set is no small matter. I hold my breath my place will still be standing after the 4th. These fires caused an estimated six civilian deaths, 44 civilian injuries and $109M in direct property damage"
Fools runs Maine. I just got my tax bill almost doubled. My house is worth 54,000. but, because of inflation now valued at 10028,00. ) In other words, They taxed inflation to increase my property tax._ My house needs 25,000 worth of work to bring it up to insurance standards, worth 10028,00.... is fraud. If I weren't 82 yo, I would be out of Maine into WV living in a barn shed on a plot. At least I would have a long growing season and no blackflies.

Real estate inflation is everywhere. Our valuation nearly tripled. I'm not looking forward to the property tax bill.

Do your research based on your needs. In no particular order: Wyoming, Idaho, Maine, West Virginia, North Carolina, Tennessee, Missouri.
