I actually felt like some of the aspects were really cosy. Like the cinema. The outside view of the strip with fire. The kitchen table with room for lots of people. Seemed homely to me.

As a single guy having lived in large properties before, I felt like it was too much for me. But here, the way they built this magnificent work of art looks so livable. Most large size homes just aren't livable. They are hard to heat and cool and lots of redundant areas. But this one....from what was shown looks like they found the right balance of large luxury and comfortable livable space. and a "True" movie theater. a must have for any property I buy. I don't want the Theater to be an after thought. This property I would definitely buy. Wish they could show more of it.
