When I don’t make both of them identical I keep adding more eyeliner and it just becomes a mess
Just practice more. Also choose an eyeliner that is easy to use and smooth, I am sure you will draw eyeliner well.
Try pencil liner, it's smooth and you can blend it out to make it sharper or easily erase it without leaving marks. :)

Uh so because this tutorial literally sucks I’m gonna try to help and give some tips. First I recommend using a brush tip liquid liner. If you live in the states then a good one is the physicians formula one (I like the waterproof one but that’s just me)
Then if you want to make like a cat eye then follow your water line if that makes sense. If you follow that line then it’ll be flattering bc that’s literally the way your eyes are shaped naturally
If you want to do the more down turned eyeliner that she’s doing then start where your waterline and your upper lash line start and make a line there.
When you draw the lines use very light pressure and the very tip of your liner brush (I think that’s what they’re trying to show here but they failed). This will make sure that you get a very precise and thin line
When you are wanting to connect the line to your upper lash line don’t start at the very top part because then it can end up boxy. Go from the middle and connect it somewhere in the last third of your eye. Then if you need to make the tip of the liner thicker you can try to very lightly connect it more towards the top.
When doing the other eye you need to constantly check if they match. It’s much easier to fix early on than to finish the wing and realize that they look nothing alike. So when you do the first line lean your head back and check if they are going at the same angle. Then check once again if they are the same thickness.
Eyeliner is not easy and it takes a lot of practice to get right. Make sure to experiment with lots of different lengths and shapes and thicknesses

this type of eyeliner is very good for people who have hooded eyes, Because if you have hooded eyes and make eyeliner on the whole eye it will disappear when you open your eyes 😂

@Unique Pros Thats totally not true. I have hooded eyes and eyeliner looks fine on me. You just have to look straight into the mirror when applying- don’t close your eyes.

Guys I have a tip for you, try to keep the eyeliner (pen) straight when drawing it for a cleaner and thinner lines.

guys tip, basically invest in super thin eyeliner and draw slowly and carefully, do multiple strokes if you have to! and if you mess up the line a bit, dont be afraid to carefully rub out the mistakes and retry that one part, or rub off the messed up bit and kinda form the liner into place if that makes sense? so if i do a straight line but its kinda bumpy, i’ll just remove the bumps and fake it so it looks like i drew super straight line in one go. LMAO HOPE THIS HELPED
You could also try to put eyeshadow where you think looks like where you wanna put it. So you don’t have to do the struggle of wiping eyeliner off hopefully

A beautiful winged liner is only as flattering as the person drawing it. One must 1st master the technique that’s most flattering for your particular eye shape bcz one size does not fit all when it comes to winged liner.
